The workers all stand around and watch customers check out rather than ringing up. When self ringing, associates constantly interrupt. Looks like Amazon will be getting our money along with food lion. Don't try to go through a 15 or less line with 16 items or they'll deny you service. Worst WalmarstI have been to out of 18 states where I have gone to a Walmart.

So our Graham Hopedale location is now better than Garden Rd. Need to get used to where everything is, but I like it.

I have been going to this Walmart location since the store opened up. I know many of the employees there after all these years. They have always treated me like a very valued customer. Couldn't ask for a better environment. Since they have remodeled the store, it is so much better! The floors shine. The aisles are so much cleaner and more organized. It is just overall so much better! They really did an excellent job remodeling that store.

I was in looking for a specific frozen item. I had the lady at the front door tell me to check with customer service. I went to customer service and asked if she could get a manager. She acted like she did not know who the manager was and did not know who to contact. The item was showing with "Sam , Walmart app" 9 on the floor and then 20 in the back room. She also told me Walmart does not have a freezer section in the back? Is this true? If so, how do you all store frozen food? Very strange to me. If 20 is in the back room just sitting out and not in a freezer, that is disgusting. Rating this store a 1 for customer service. Also let me specify, this lady at customer service had "team lead" on her tag, she should know who the manager of the night is, if she is a LEAD.

The currency exchange machine stole half of what I had, approximately 25 dollars, I called customer service and every time they were answering me they cut off the call. The rest is all good.
The signs for the pickup area direct you to an area of covered signs. I was very confused because its on the auto care side of the Walmart. I called the store to be told where to go because I'd never been here before and the phone rang without answer until it hung up. I called multiple times and even called walmart themselves who tried to contact the store and could not get through. It was a very frustrating experience. Not to mention walmart pickup uses an insane amount of plastic bags but that's not specific to here.

It’s Walmart, all of them have become the same, no one speaks, nothing is ever in stock, it’s always messy, the self check out people are the rudest. I will avoid Walmart at all costs and absolutely use target or a dollar general

Remodeled store is awesome and everything is easy to find. Wide aisles so you don't get jammed up. Staff is very friendly as well.
