Terrible service, just a all around horrible customer experience, manger at this location has a superior disorder I feel as if he thinks he is above the customers and think that because an employee makes a mistake that it’s the customer fault for the mistake, needless to say I will never return to this location again

This Wendy's has a modern restaurant but has had repeated problems that remain unaddressed. The problems are app failures to work specifically at this location, dirty and often broken drink machine, constantly out of ice, food sometimes served cold, cleanliness issues at times, apathetic employees. I'm the last few years, Just not performing like the Wendy's I grew used to. A regional manager review of this location is needed so greatly.

Literally went to get a milkshake because Mc Donald’s milkshake machine was down and they told me and hour and 10 minutes before they closed that they already cleaned and shut down the machine…

Not once but twice now I have gotten sick throwing up from the drinks here. Last night I got large sodas for me my daughter n her boyfriend. And well me n my daughters boyfriend have been throwing up all night long from the sodas.i call up there n speak to the manager and he proceeds to tell me what am I to do? N I say well this is the second time iv gotten sick from their drinks and he said I can come in tomorrow n write up a complaint form like I even asked him last night and the time before do they clean the machine and he SAID both times he cleans them every night. Well apparently not that good then. So I will be going up there filling a complaint.i.just know I shouldn't be getting back from them not properly cleaning their machines. Black mold build up in the lines or spout. Or even the ice machine can have mold in them. N I am going to raise a commotion if need be best believe it

Manager taking the order was extremely rude. First off didn’t greet us then had us wait to order 4 min, proceeded to say go head and when placing order she interrupted mid sentence because she “was fixing her drawer”.
