Never gets orders correct and always leaves items out of order.
Definitely RUDE workers and management doesn't seem too concerned about their attitudes towards the public either. Sounded very annoyed I even said anything about it. Don't waste your time here. Just go to the one on Main St instead.

In line for 40 minutes! No organization.
This location is absolutely disgusting. Let’s start with literally nothing being in stock: the drink machine was out of every soda apart from root beer, there was no napkins, and no toilet paper in any of the stalls. There is clothing lying in the floor in the woman’s restroom. All the toilets were clogged. I’m not exaggerating here. The cherry on top? The elderly woman taking orders only takes one order at a time, goes to the line to WATCH them make it and then bags the order to only then take the next order. Fret not, she made sure to grab all the fries with her bare hands for each order. I’d recommend the chum bucket before this place.

Wish when they asked what sauces I wanted for all 5 of my meals I would’ve gotta them smh and some kinda napkins would’ve been nice I dont see how if its 4 & 5 people standing at the window you wouldn’t have everything you need.. the food was good tho just wish I had sauces and napkins

lol they don’t have half of a star because that’s definitely what would’ve been given. I asked for fresh food to get cold food. The little girl at the window of course had an attitude when I asked about “More FRESH FRIES” after the 1st patch look like they were beaten up 😭… all for her to hand me MORE OLD FRIES . I gave the food to my dog even though I wouldn’t even let her eat it on a bad day. Never will go back . Only for drinks .

Food was horrible, asked for everything to be fresh when we ordered, when we got the food the buns was hard, burger was hard and had been sitting for a while, cheese wasn't melted, definitely a bad experience and waste of money...& had to wipe the tables ourselves due to the fact the tables were dirty...

Complete manager meltdown.. Short brief discussion was made between manager Hung Nguyen lasting within 1 minute, after employee asked for manager assist to help my friend. Manager when asked to provide a customer service number continued to say unable to help. Manager decided to call police when his 1 minute conversation between him and my friend with no raised tone occurring as we were left confused as to why the wendys location couldn't provide us with aid/resolution. This manager failed to help his customer with a simple phone number request to help my friend with his app order complications. Ive seen many managers and staff take their signed up payed time to help out customers. This manager for some reason completely forgot how to provide even a decent attempted customer service experience. I never wish to point people out, but this manager needs reminded that a non-escalated conversation/request needs to be respected. The customer is not always right, but every customer experiencing complications like my friend deserves assistance. I didnt know requesting help due to an order complication can get the police called on you when you request a customer service line. Do not ask wendys for help when you have order complications. You may get the police called on you.

Well, it's a Wendy's.. always busy lot. Sometimes good experience and sometimes not.. just depends on who is working and who is NOT... this was good experience,. Was in the drive thru so, no atmospheres to grade.. 🤔
