Our van broke down in the parking lot, and manager Liz was so understanding and helpful. She and Trinity helped us push it into a parking spot in the freezing cold at 10:30pm and let us leave it there overnight. Even the newest guy, Elijah, helped us out while he was waiting for his ride home. Thank you to the whole staff - you made a bad situation much more pleasant!!!

Had to go in and reorder everything but the drinks. The food was cold and old. Employees had on no gloves, I saw no handwashing, and no customers but dropping lots of food. Makes no sense.

I would not get the crabby patty meal, not worth it, it's not much different than a cheeseburger deluxe meal! you get nothing special with it, except a little different sauce that cost them 5 cents, and you pay 3 times more! My opinion! And it's all in a paper bag, and regular wrapping, no toy, no theme no nothing!

Good morning did an mobile order this morning at Wendy's like I usually do this morning the guy asked me to pull up as if I was getting some fresh fries but when he finally brought out my whole meal the fries was not that hot so that was sort of disappointed cause why asked me to pull up if everything is not gonna be hot especially when the team was sitting at the front counter talking. I came through the drive thru. An he didn't give me my receipt I guess so I can do the survey. Yall have a nice day
