Very slow service. Wrong sauce on wings. AGAIN. Was not offered a discount or replacement. Didn't send wings back because it took 30 minutes to get 1st order. Restaurant was not busy but wait staff and manager or owner all had time to visit one elderly couple's table. Had to ask for silverware and it was handed to us bare. Not wrapped or in a napkin. Nothing, from server's hand to ours. Used to love this place, not sure what has happened but won't return anytime soon.....if ever.

Food was disgusting. The fries were chalky and the chili was just lukewarm salsa. NEVER eat here! Server never filled the drinks. It’s a little league hangout. Nothing more.

Ordered the boneless wings combo, my food was great. I like how they give you an option to choose how well your fries are cooked (I hate hard fries so I chose medium) they were just how I like them. The ranch tastes homemade. I will be back!

Ordered online and they took an hour to have my food prepared. Sauces were leaking out of the box and bag. When the sweet hostess tried to ask them how much longer until our food was ready they wouldn’t answer her. Terrible customer service!

The food wasn’t good and we left most of it. It was mediocre at best. The service was substandard. We complained to management and they were dismissive. We weren’t wanting or expecting anything, just wanted them to know we wasn’t happy with the food or service.

Something change about a year or so ago. The food cost has substantially increased with the same or smaller portions. The waiters were nice. The atmosphere was dead. Seems like it’s not the same place it use to be. Disappointed

The food sucked here tonight! The chicken was cooked to death. Waitress said they have a new cook. Well he needs to be fired. We won’t return.

Went in tonight to get a family meal and a whole quesadilla. I picked up my order and they had forgotten the quesadilla. I called back to let them know and spoke to who I am assuming was the manger as the girl said that’s who she was getting on the phone. He never mentioned his name and offered me a credit on my next order towards half a quesadilla. I let him know that I ordered a whole one and he said I only paid for half. I told him I just want my money back and when I come to get it I need a copy of my receipt reflecting what I paid. To credit someone with half of what they ordered on their next meal is absurd. Not to mention I live 30 minutes away and have to go out of my way back to handle it. Nothing offered for the mess up and my time/travel. A slap in the face from a small business that we support multiple times a month with my family and coworkers. The wings were so overcooked that you could not bite into them hardly, you had to cut them in pieces. It was like rubber. Won’t be back. Over $60 for crappy customer service.

This is the most disgusting restaurant in town. The floor is filthy and slimy. It smells like a truck stop restroom and they have a ton of employees standing around. I don’t know how they have an A health rating. This place is nasty! Look at the picture 🤮

Foods good as always. Ordered takeout through website, the estimated time is way off though, add 10 minutes to it.
