Had a dash order and when it got to my home the bag wasn't even sealed with the green label like normal the dasher said they didn't put one on my Bag, and they was busy and acted as if they didn't care... Well I think it is necessary that the bag be sealed when someone else is delivering your food...This was my second time and probably will be my last time there ... Not the dasher fault cause they didn't bag the order... I tried to call the business 8 consecutive times no answer very disappointed with my experience at this point maybe no return there...unless God changes my mind...

The worker “Quintus” needs to go. Sooo rude. Yes it’s fast food and they aren’t meant to be Michelin starred service but this girl was horrible. I said hello with a smile and she starred at me like a wall. Fire her if you want to keep customers.

This is the slowest restaurant considered fast food I’ve ever been at. The workers are rude and don’t look like they want to be there. The lady at the front never checked the door within 20 minutes to see if anybody’s order was ready or anybody needed to place an order. This place needs to close their doors!

8/30/25- I was avoiding coming here however I wanted to use my T-Mobile Tuesday buy 10 wings get 10 free coupon. I should have just chose another food option because as soon as I saw my wings I immediately regretted my decision. This place is just the worse. I asked for 5 of my wings to be mild and 5 lemon pepper and all 20 to be cooked well done. They all look and feel soggy and the mild wings have no sauce just colored water on them. Not to mention that out of 20 wings I have FOUR DRUMS the rest FLATS!!! 😡 there should be an even mixture of both. They do not take their time to prepare food. Instead of staying to have them remake my food and wait another 15-20mins I just took the wings home and put them in the air fryer. The only good part was that the gentleman gave me two ranches no charge but asked me to do a survey. When I walked in, nobody spoke at all and there was nobody at the register. I hate spending money on low quality food but they have high prices! I won’t be back. I’m good on wingstop for the rest of my life. This location needs new management that will have employees that put effort into making good quality food.

I have worked my butt off in a kitchen for 35 years. Ive never seen such a slow moving, such lack of communication, such zombie-fied people in my life!!! Let it be the weekend, and them get in the weeds, (lots of tickets) then its over over...... Your 30 min wait on a 10 min ticket is insane! How about I finally picked an employee to ask about my order when I first got there, because I waited for 10 mins for them to acknowledge me..... And they didn't. Rude when they finally do. If yall would get out of gear 1..... Go to gear 5 for just a bit, your smackdown will be shorter lived. Retrain these ppl corporate!!!!

This wingstop always disappoints me. I door dashed an order with 10 wings and Cajun corn. And paid for 2 extra ranches. When my food got here there was no ranch in the bag at all! And when I called and let them know she was rude and put me on hold for about 45 mind until I hung up the phone.

Wing Stop Burlington has been terrible every time I’ve ordered (three times, enough to give a newer biz a chance) until a few weeks ago. Got to-go; wings were good; order was correct. Silly me ordered WS on Uber Eats this evening. Four drivers assigned, my 10-piece combo was “wrapping up” for an hour. Finally got canceled. Y’all seriously need to close. How hard is it to get a wing combo ready? Please go ahead and send me the corporate link and tell me you want to make it right. 😂

If 0 stars was an option this location definitely deserves it. By far this location is probably the worst location I’ve ever visited. I will typically visit the Burlington location from time to time hoping that something will change but I continue ending up wasting money. Today I requested my fries with extra seasoning, due to this location already not giving enough seasoning for the regular amount that comes with fries. To top the day off, they placed the ranch container at the bottom of the bag. You wouldn’t guess what happened…it burst open, making a mess and leaving me with little to no sauce. I understand all the negative reviews that are continually left about this location. It’s frustrating when simple instructions aren’t followed.
