Zack's Hot Dogs (Garden Rd)

4.95 for a hotdog now!! No way. This place is done.

Went there 3 different times when suppose to be open and closed, lights off….looks like they are out of business.

I stopped by today. The parking lot was empty at 12pm. Noon time-lunch time. That was a sign. I never got out of the car.
Another example of buying out a thriving business and run it into the ground. Sad!

Wish I could give 0 stars . This is not the old Zacks. What a shame . New ownership has dropped the ball. Took over an hour to get two hotdogs and fries and drink . Then they bring my hotdog and say the fries aren’t done we will bring them right out . Needless to say I never got the fires or any refills. Hiring teenage workers is not a good idea when you don’t have enough of them to hustle and work. Wake up owners or this place will close down !!!!!

I havent had a Zach's hotdog in decades and was reslly.looking forward to introducing my wife to it as we passed through town... Apparently this location is closing or has closed.... even though google shows it's open, there were no cars in the parking lot.. not even employees and it was locked up tight. We went to the original downtown location and I overheard someone say this one was closing.

Stopped by yesterday late afternoon. We've always talked about stopping by. All I can say is that it was woefully disappointing. I appreciate a good hot dog. This isn't the place to get one, sadly. The french fries were terrible. Never experienced actually throwing out fries before. This was a first! Food was cold, and the experience was sad. I can check this off my list. Won't be returning.

Trash. Hotdog was cold. Hamburger was cold. Never again.

A good hotdog spot is like a needle in a haystack; hard to find, unless you know where to look. Among my favorites in American cuisine are all-beef hotdogs. Zack's has them. They cook them fresh and sometimes will open them up and press them onto the griddle for a few seconds. I absolutely love when they do that. Every Tuesday, you can get 2 hotdogs at half the price. This is a pretty sweet place and the team here is very friendly. Truly a gem in Burlington. Happy that I live close to this one.

Quick service & hot delicious food. Very clean. Fries are Putins hot & hot dogs are great with chili. Eat in & drive through. They also cater.

I love the Zack’s on garden road better the ff are done and crispy Ill be coming back and I’ll bring my uncle with me

Always have a great time here and through the drive through. Even if there has ever been a simple mistake they are so quick to fix it with no hassle. Our favorite spot to get food nearby when we need to get something quick. Fresh food and great service

So we decided to eat at this particular location expecting great food like the one in Greensboro. What a disappointment. The food was not freshly cooked, we had to request them to give us fresh fries because it was obvious they had been sitting there for hours. We ordered polish sausage and they were old, overcooked and hard. We ordered hot dogs and burgers with cheese, some with block and some sliced, all which the cheese was not melted indicating the food wasn’t hot. Lastly, we all got sick from the food. Never again. The kid staff seemed like they were disinterested in making the food and placing the orders and messed our orders up.

Regular hot dog place. Was decent. I went on a Monday night, was pretty slow.
