Terrible service. I was very excited to try this place as I’m new to town and wanted some local eats but my excitement was immediately crushed by the server who made me feel unwelcome. She stared at me like I was an alien or some kind of freak when I told her I’d never been there before and need to read the menu. Didn’t offer any recommendations and had an annoyed/disgusted look on her face as she stared at me. I felt like she wanted me gone. I should have taken her hints and just left. Anyways I ordered chili cheese dogs and the chili on my dogs tasted like vomit (i tasted rancid chili). I threw this garbage into the trashcan and went to cookout. Wasted money on insulting garbage.

Arrived at 11:14am and everyone working there was setting down talking and eating. Ordered our food and my husband got his food and was almost done eating before he finally got his tea. I was told my prime burger would be 15 min to cook. I said ok. 10 min later I got my onion rings. Finished them and my husband was done eating. Waited awhile…then at 12 noon we went to pay and told them to forget the burger. She said they had to drive to other location to get them. Paid for what we got and NO APOLOGY! As we turned to walk out she told the cook not to put the burger down, we don’t want it. Absolutely horrible service! One waitress said almost all staffs first day.

First time visiting. Strawberry milkshake was perfect!. I enjoy thick milkshakes. Fries were cooked the way I asked. Hot dogs were good, I prefer a foot long option. I will definitely return.

This was my absolute favorite growing up. Ever since the ownership change it’s just plan out sucks. Half of the staff rather gossip and play around than check on their tables. The food is gross, and I don’t know WHY anyone would buy this booming business that came with loyal customers just to go and change it!!!! Bring back the old Zacks and stop serving gross hotdogs with so much grease the bread is soggy! I am so disappointed. I gave this place chance after chance as it was my absolute favorite before it got bought out. After multiple disappointments I won’t be back.

This place is beyond a review ??? as I was employed for only one day OMG y’all do y’all even know what yall are eating hot dog chili and slaw sits all day uncovered with nats and flies all over it * the dishwasher cleaned the bathroom and the kitchen with the same towel with highly intoxicated! * the staff made racist remarks about customers of different races ( blacks especially) I have the recordings on my phone!! No training no anything!! I was sent there as a secret employment hire !! Yall definitely failed!

Fries brought ten minutes before hot dogs. One after seemed spastic ,& running in circles. Large burger served on small bun even after I asked if the bun fit the large bun. No drink refill until I was ready to leave. Probably no return.

Went on a Saturday evening and the place was nearly empty. Ordered to-go. The hamburger was very underwhelming and the hot dog was a bit better but neither was worth the price i oaid. The fries were on the stale side, and lacked any flavor. Best part of the meal was the Soft Drink. The workers behind the counter seemed disinterested and probably were ready to go home.
