Zack's hotdogs are the best! I've been eating at the downtown location since I was a kid and it's still one of my favorite places to eat. We tried the Garden Rd. location recently and the guy at the drive through window was super nice and of course the food was delicious.

I know this place used to be good. This time it wasn't so great. It was a mess in there - trash all over the floor, dirty tables, etc. Our server was obviously new, but it seemed he didn't have any training at all. Our fries came out about 10 minutes before the rest of our food, and then our order wasn't what it was supposed to be. Also, the hamburger patty was very small. We'll go somewhere else next time we're in the Burlington area.

I once asked for a cheese dog, but unbeknownst to me, the dog was separate. Vegetarians--you'd love this. I don't know if I'll ever recover from the betrayal of my no-dog-cheese-dog. And you'd think I'd learn from my mistake months later when I returned? You'd be wrong because I was the fool who once again, ordered a cheese dog--hold the dog. I never complained and I'm not willing to give up so I plan to return on another day in hopes of receiving my cheese hotdog just as I imagined
Not much bang for your buck. 1st time there and probably my last. My daughter and I had a chili cheese dog and chili cheese fries with a regular sweet tea. It was around $20 after they added .78 cent for using a card instead of cash. Their menu is strange for the hotdogs. There's a cheese dog listed, which is not what you would think. It's literally a stick of cheddar cheese on a hotdog bun...no meat. ? So you have to ask for a hotdog WITH cheese if you want a real cheese dog. Lol. The hotdog with chili and cheese was super greasy and the cheese slices weren't even melted. Nothing special about the chili cheese fries either. Also greasy and the chili lacked in flavor. I added salt, pepper and ketchup which made it a bit more bearable.

Slaw on hot dogs is just grated cabbage and salt. Need to offer real slaw on hot dogs. Sometimes fried are over cooked from being dipped twice. No unsweetened tea. Why not?
