Ordered a Coke and a rootbeer at the window. When given the two cups, we asked which cup was rootbeer. The girl said the cup she was handing me was the rootbeer. Guess what? Botu were Coke. Ill never go back. I dont give my money to incompetwnt liars.

I love all your salads or zalads as you call them. Always fresh and good. Just need a little more zalad dressing in those packs and we good. Maybe some croutons too. Employees are always very polite and extremely professional.

Employees and food were fine. Dining room floor was very slick (I assume grease), and if front of house is dirty, I can only imagine that the back is worse. Won’t be back

Hire someone with brains...

Better yet hire someone that knows you sell chicken wings.

Purchased their Asian salad. Absolutely delicious. Even included a small egg roll. The lime vinaigrette dressing reminded me of a sweet and sour sauce. My first time. Family members with me ordered their favorites of loaded fries and kid's cheese sandwich and fries.

Love their food.

12 min in the drive through, ridiculous

This is the slowest Zaxbys I’ve ever been to! I have been here multiple times to dine in and the drive through. Inside with my kids we had to wait over 20 minutes to get our food and the boneless wings were cold when we finally got it. Multiple times in the drive through I have been asked to pull around to the front and have had to sit and wait on my food for 15-20 minutes. Which is ridiculous. What’s the point of “fast” food and drive through when there is nothing fast about it.

Grilled chicken house with an extra chicken fillet....Very nice and clean. The salads were nicely prepared. I really appreciate the salad being filling. I've been to others and the salad was skimpy. I will come back again when I'm in town. FYI... The chicken was moist and tender 👍👍
