Purchased their Asian salad. Absolutely delicious. Even included a small egg roll. The lime vinaigrette dressing reminded me of a sweet and sour sauce. My first time. Family members with me ordered their favorites of loaded fries and kid's cheese sandwich and fries.
Love their food.

12 min in the drive through, ridiculous
This is the slowest Zaxbys I’ve ever been to! I have been here multiple times to dine in and the drive through. Inside with my kids we had to wait over 20 minutes to get our food and the boneless wings were cold when we finally got it. Multiple times in the drive through I have been asked to pull around to the front and have had to sit and wait on my food for 15-20 minutes. Which is ridiculous. What’s the point of “fast” food and drive through when there is nothing fast about it.
Grilled chicken house with an extra chicken fillet....Very nice and clean. The salads were nicely prepared. I really appreciate the salad being filling. I've been to others and the salad was skimpy. I will come back again when I'm in town. FYI... The chicken was moist and tender 👍👍
First time really having fresh, hot chicken from a Zaxby’s. Fries and bread were also hot. The ladies at the window had great attitudes and friendly. Thank y’all. I was having a bad day but the friendliness made my day a little brighter. Keep up the great work.
Zaxby's never disappoints!
Can't say anything bad about zaxbys. Except for them trying to charge for the sauce

They must have changed the salads because they taste a lot different now.
I ordered online and the fries I ordered and paid for we're not in the bag and the food was cold. I tried calling the store and no one will answer the phone. I won't be going back.
This Zaxby's location always has terrible service and gets our orders wrong. Honestly it seems like the workers are on something most of the time. But besides that, great food!
Slow to take your order at the drive thru, dismissive at the window. The salads are good.
Went through drive thru, had me park and straight up forgot about me. Poor attitude and customer service when I had to go in.
