We have attempted multiple times to give this location a chance. The carbonation in the drinks is always off yet the haven't done anything about it. We've ordered salads in the restaurant, taken it out and realized there were no tomatoes or cucumbers, taken it back in and was told, oh we are out. Yet, no-one let us know when we ordered. Tried again this time and waited over 30 minutes for salads.

This is the worst Zaxby's near me. Customer service is always good. Food is rarely fresh or good. Wings usually don't have enough sauce. Egg rolls look and taste like they had been sitting out for a while. Dark and crunchy.

The manager Nadine Griffin was rude and slammed the drive-thru window in my face. I was asked to park after ordering my food and being the ONLY customer in line AND in store. I asked why I couldn’t wait at the window if I’m the only customer and was told it would mess up the drive thru time. She then stated she could just return my money and I could leave all nasty like. If you don’t love your job or you’re not a people’s person please allow yourself to be replaced.

I am a dasher with door dash and I went at 9:40pm tonight (12/30/23) and they were closed I went through drive through and they said they had no food to make the order cuz they had already closed.... they have horrible customer service and very rude... also the new gm drinks on the job reaks of alcohol and also they never turned off there dash machine cuz they let orders come through still so they wasted my time and messed with my money

Zaxbys this will be the last $10.39 you will get from me.Here is what I think of your food&service look at photos below.i tossed it it was so bad I threw the whole damn plate in trash didn’t even get a refund the slender dark skin BLK girl with glasses got upset because I requested fresh cookies(ones they were serving was stale n hard) then I waited 25 mins for my burnt food I tossed it I will make sure every social media site knows what trash place restaurant this place truly is TERRIBLE

The chicken was generous size and the sauce is just perfect to pair with it. The toast I thought was too much but then I realized it’s basically the ginger of sushi - it helps clean the pallet and get you ready for a fry bite which is also amazing I love the crinkle fries those fires hold the sauce so good to it! I’m hungry now… might have to get some more now lol

Paid for a full meal just to only recieve cold nasty dry nibblerz that was drenched in zaxbys sauce when asked for them to have sweet and spicy sauce on them, tried to call because I was on my lunch break when I came for a hour after paying and recieving my food to fix my issue and no one answered.

I went to Zaxbys on Garden Rd. in Burlington. Ordered at drive thru, I asked for Chicken Parm Loaded Fries. Was charged $9.60 they gave me fries with red sauce no chicken. I went inside, the lady asked me what was wrong with the order I told her and ordered bacon ranch loaded fries. It was taking so long I asked the young lady to check on my order, you would think my food would have been hot, but it wasn't and they gave me a lot of fries, little of everything else. I am very disappointed with food and service.Deborh
