There were literally 10 people working and they told me they had no chicken to fill a 12 piece box.
The ghostly, pale, redheaded-ish girl that works there is extremely rude and did not want to serve me.
I went through the drive-through and they had a virtual assistant that couldn’t understand anything anyone said.
I had to come in the building & The rude girl proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have enough chicken. That was after she rolled her eyes at me for coming in.
This location is not busy and there is no excuse for this sorry customer service that I received. All I wanted was some damn chicken.

Came here a few weeks ago in a big group with a big order and the team knocked it out in a timely manner along with getting everything right and being very kind as well!

Mamas favorite is their sausage biscuit while I can live off their biscuits and gravy. It always hits the spot at supper time.

The people at the drive thru windrow in Burnsville are always rude. The biscuits always fall apart. I won't eat there but my husband likes their steak biscuits

Everything I ordered was very hot and fresh as would be expected.

For a restaurant whose main item is chicken they never seem to have any ready. Apparently to the workers 4 minutes is equal to 20 minutes. Also even with extra time they had waiting on the chicken the side items were wrong. Not the first time this has happened. Assuming their new training regiment teaches employees how to not successfully do a typical fast food workers job. If that is the case they are nailing their role and deserve the upmost level of minimum wage respect.

With very few staff on Saturday morning around 1030, workers were getting it done efficiently. Found a black hair in my sandwich and went to get a new one, only to easily overhear the staff's disbelief and mild sarcasm, as "none of us here have black hair!" However, the cashier was friendly and helpful both times we were at the counter.
