I'm not sure what her name was, but the girl/lady I spoke with was amazing. I rarely end up anywhere near a Bojangles. I love Bo-Berry and Cheddar-Bo biscuits. Anyway, I was on the way to the airport and called to see if they were open after all the snowfall. Not only were they open, she offered to have my half dozen Bo-Berries ready for me at whatever time I desired. They were ready for me precisely at 11:50 a.m. and I was able to take them home with me to the west coast. Whoever you are, thank you so much for doing that for me! It's the little things that count in this world, but you did a huge thing for me. 😁😁😁😘😘😘

Get rid out the AI drive thru. It doesn't work.
I decided to give bojangles a second chance.I went inside to place an order around lunchtime.There were six people standing in line waiting there was no one there to take an order.I waited for a few minutes, then left.

There were literally 10 people working and they told me they had no chicken to fill a 12 piece box. The ghostly, pale, redheaded-ish girl that works there is extremely rude and did not want to serve me. I went through the drive-through and they had a virtual assistant that couldn’t understand anything anyone said. I had to come in the building & The rude girl proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have enough chicken. That was after she rolled her eyes at me for coming in. This location is not busy and there is no excuse for this sorry customer service that I received. All I wanted was some damn chicken.

Came here a few weeks ago in a big group with a big order and the team knocked it out in a timely manner along with getting everything right and being very kind as well!
