I'm giving this 3 stars because I've yet to try the food. Hoping it is good. But my complain is dealing with the young boys in the kitchen.So we came through the drive thru and my wife and I ordered a 3 piece, bo size with mashed potatoes and cole slaw, and a 5 piece with mashed potatoes and a Buffalo Mac and cheese. We get up to the window and pay. Get our drinks and our food. I start to check to see if we got everything. 1st order had 3 pieces and mashed potatoes. No slaw. 2nd order had 3 pieces with the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. Missing 2 pieces of chickenSo we go back around and I was looking for the receipt, which we didn't get, and so I took both boxes in there and one of the boys in the kitchen yells "uh oh, we got a complainer. Someone get the manager". Manager comes up and deals with the situation very curitiously and all is fine. My issue is with the loud mouth little boys in the back. If you guys would do your job right the first time, maybe we wouldn't have to complain about your incompetence. So, grow up and learn a little humility and take responsibility for your mistakes

Don't waste your time or money at this restaurant. After ordering two rice chicken bowls, they expected us to wait 25 minutes or receive the bowls without rice, only chicken and cheese. Are you serious? A restaurant that isn't prepared for customers to order food. Definitely a waste of time. Never again.Don't waste your time or money at this restaurant. Love Bojangles chicken but the french fries way too salty I asked for no salt on my French fries and was told that they came that way and I do believe they do but for a person on a salt-free diet this don't
