The only reason I’m giving a five star review is cause Billy who was working the drive-through, she helped me with a very very small double cheeseburger for $12. I was (apparently the new burger king cut backs) shocked it was smaller than a poly pocket and she resolved the issue very well it’s the first time in Burnsville I’ve actually had anyone actually help and be very nice about it. Thank you Billy

They still aren't using both drive thru lanes properly. I sat for over 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken (just needed to say my name for a mobile order) while the other lanes order was showing up on my side screen. Literali felt bad that people were getting behind me and I just had to sit there. No one took my name for the mobile order.

I have celiac. I ordered a whopper with cheese NO BUN. I got 1 Pattie and 1 piece of cheese. I got no lettuce, mayo, ketchup or tomato. Only meat and cheese! Come on guys! Do better! I know I’m not the only one that can’t have bread! Could you at least give me the vegetables and sauce?????
