NASTY! The worst Hardee's I've ever been to. The fries were luke warm and tasted old. My son's burger looked like it had been sitting out all day...dry and cold...the cheese was barely melted. The only thing that was hot were my chicken tenders. The place didn't smell clean, and definitely didn't look clean. Surprisingly, the bathroom was decent, but I don't think the glass on the front door has been cleaned for weeks.

I stood in line for 10 minutes just to hear one of the employees shout no more orders until we get these out, so the guy that was going to take the order went outside and smoked and cigarette. I went somewhere else and won’t be back.

The AI computer got our order wrong. The woman at the window blamed us. After being quite frustrated, she finally voided the order and took our order herself at the window and told us that it just takes longer when she has to do it. We ordered one ham and one bacon, both came out bacon. It would have been fine if the egg was cooked.
This rating is post hurricane, so I'm hoping things will improve later. I think they were doing the best they could under the circumstances.
