We have had some pretty bad experiences at this location. I.E. a girl bringing my wife's food out to the car and spilling a milkshake on her. That can happen to anyone, but then when my wife asked her to get another one, she said that my wife would have to go inside to get it.
We have also experienced extremely long wait times in the past.

Great food, especially breakfast. My order has never been wrong. The building is in pretty rough shape, though, and when you sit down and look around, you start to question what the kitchen looks like and begin second guessing your visit. There's holes in the ceiling, and the bathroom is usually busted. There's almost always a puddle of water in the seating area. Don't go out the back exit of the parking lot unless you plan to get your vehicle aligned shortly...

This was the best food I've EVER gotten from a Hardee's anywhere. Admittedly I had doubts as to whether or not the food would be good at all due to the order being placed within 30 minutes of the business closing time. There was roughly an 8-10 minute wait for the order only because EVERYTHING was cooked fresh when I arrived to pickup my order. Thank you, thank you Burnsville Hardee's night shift, the food was delicious.
