The pizza was great. We loved the crust. The veggie and pepperoni were delicious. The pesto artichoke was good but very greasy. The nachos were just OK. They definitely needed more cheese and possibly better chips. We would definitely go back.

One of my favorite spots in town. I bring family and friends here when they visit. It’s a great place to go after a long hike or day at the river. I’ve gotten food to go many times as well and it’s always great. My favorite are the Buffalo ranch and popper pizzas. I can honestly say i experienced a first for pizza. Until last night I had never had pizza with no taste. I had a 14 inch Everything pizza that the only thing I could taste was onion and banana peppers. The sauce and other toppings were very sparse and had no flavor. I can't say it tasted horrible because that wouldn't be true. Tostinos and Tony's frozen have more flavor. The 9 inch we had was no better. We were really looking forward to enjoying wood fired pizza but were so disappointed with what we received. Save some money and go down the street to Pizza Hut.

Neat little spot to grab some food and a drink. We visited here twice in our 5 day visit to NC. I like to eat a little healthier, and my partner loves high calorie pub fare. ? We both found things on the menu we enjoyed, which is always a win! We loved the cool little 1950s TV behind the bar. A neat touch.

HANDS-DOWN THE BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD!!! I'm celiac abd this is it. Without question. In 3 days we went back twice only because we didn't discover the brewery until the 2nd day. The Buffalo pizza delivers from everything; crust to toppings. Nothing is lacking. The seltzer they have on tap pairs phenomenally. DO NOT SLEEP ON SMALL TOWNS!!

We first learned about this place on a PBS show called “NC Weekend”. We have visited several times. Food is good and fresh ! The wings are full size. The pizza is wood fired. The ice cream sandwiches from Mars Hill are so good too, if you have room after all the other good food.

Love Homeplace brewery and Hog Hollow. Such a great place for pizza and beer. This place has really changed the whole dynamics of Burnsville by being a great gathering place and live music.
