We order from pizza hut in burnsville regularly never placing a order under 50.00. Tonight our order was over 90.00 and was supposed to arrive in 45 minutes however an hour later no food, so when I called to check on it the foreign phone service sent me through 4 different workers telling me I was just out of luck because my order had been completed and I couldn't talk to my local pizza hut ,but that I could call corporate who will only allow you to fill out a form. My order finally showed up almost 1hr 30 minutes late 2 orders of hot wings had supposed to have been buffalo mild but were BBQ instead very disappointed ?

Was having a bad and was craving pizza.. I was hoping pizza hut would help. I got a thin crust pizza like always and really with this place it's a hit or a miss.. my pizza barely had sauce and the cheese was a joke. The pizza wasn't even cut properly and it was like eating cardboard.. I love this place but this was really disappointing

We always place a carryout order (drive up window for pre-orders). Loved the $7 deals if you buy 2 or more. We had a medium 1 topping pepperoni hand tossed pizza and the chicken alfredo pasta. Delicious for 2 with 1/2 the pizza for next days lunch.

For the second time in a row, I have a pepperoni pizza with not even sniff of pepperoni on it. They were supposed to have put a $5 off memo last time, but THAT wasn't there either. When I asked, I got a long story about someone named Gary, but not real.reason as to why he didn't put the coupon on my account. There was also a personal SUPREME pizza on our order, and it's bad as well. No olives at all and the other toppings are sparse. What's going on with this location?So to recap, they screwed up my order last time, promised me a discount, screwed up THIS order, and gave me storytime. I order online to cut down on mistakes, yet...2 orders in a row that are wrong. There's a Hunt Brothers about 5 minutes away. Looks like we'll be ordering gas station pizza from now on.
I called and placed an order, 2 different nights within a week. On my first night of ordering they got everything correct except when I got home there was no marinara sauce for my bread sticks with cheese. I called in the very next night and placed another order. When I picked the order up I asked the lady if they remembered the marinara sauce this time, and they didn't. So she got me some and placed it in the bag. When I got back home and opened my order they forgot to put the cheese and extra cheese on my bread sticks.On the phone and in the drive thru, the employees were Super Nice, Extremely Upbeat, and Very Respectful. The food that I received was fresh, hot, and very good.My complaint is that both nights my order was messed up. First night there was no Marinara Sauce for cheese sticks. Second night, I ordered a family size Cheese sticks with extra cheese and received a single order of plain bread sticks with no cheese. I was charged for the family size Cheese sticks with extra cheese though. This is where the main problem comes in, I was visiting my brother for the whole week and that is 240 miles from my house and his house was about 20 miles from Pizza-Hut. So I just had to take the loss of money and/or food due to me living so far away.I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND DINING HERE.
