I ordered the cherry chai latte with oat milk and no ice, but for some reason I was up charged $1 just because I asked for no ice. I’ve always ordered my drinks with no ice because I have sensitive teeth and I’ve never been up charged before. The lady at the register also had a poor attitude but the stars I did give is for the lovely guy making the drinks. He was very kind and very efficient. She also said they couldn’t scan for points which I’ve also never had as an issue...
These guys have always treated me very well. The current senior manager, Storm, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever they’re out of ingredients, they offer an alternative that they know I’ll like. Even though this location is just a kiosk and not a full blown store; they do the very best with what they have.
It's inside an INGLES Grocery Store. They do NOT deliver and have limited breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. However, Coffee ☕ and Tea ? items are numerous and delicious as ever at any STARBUCKS.
