This location used to be decent. Lately, it’s hit or miss and my sandwich order is usually wrong. This last time I brought it back and was told “I wasn’t here when it was made and there’s nothing I can do about it.” What?!! You mean except remake it and give the customer what they ordered? This is a very odd approach to customer service. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to Mars Hill and get great service without the passive aggressive attitude and where my sandwich order is usually right. Avoid this location. They even wrote “literally plain” on the sandwich, snarky and rude for someone who can’t make a sandwich correctly, which by the way was STILL WRONG.

Workers are extremely rude for no reason.a friend also mentioned she went in and no one was at the counter so she waited for a minute and a dark haired lady came and looked at her and then went back into the back and never came back out so then my friend left.
When I go here, I get the toasted Italian herb with turkey, American cheese, with pickles, black olives, and mayonnaise, it is always so good. The staff was nice and they made the food fast.
