The subs were good,didn’t take long. The only complaint I have is when we arrived there was 3 employees behind the counter with no one ordering subs and almost every table looked as if they haven’t been cleaned for two days and the floor were horribly dirty. Someone needs to clean the place. This place just open with new owners so I would say this isn’t a good start in my honest opinion.

This place is ALWAYS out of something. Lately, it's been sweet tea they're out of. They think that pure leaf crap is passable as sweet tea. It's enough tocause me to go somewhere else.

And quit asking me for a tip when I pay.

Did a mobile order and they didn’t add lettuce. You should get an order right no matter if it’s in person or a mobile order. Depressing to get home and it’s wrong.

This location used to be decent. Lately, it’s hit or miss and my sandwich order is usually wrong. This last time I brought it back and was told “I wasn’t here when it was made and there’s nothing I can do about it.” What?!! You mean except remake it and give the customer what they ordered? This is a very odd approach to customer service. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to Mars Hill and get great service without the passive aggressive attitude and where my sandwich order is usually right. Avoid this location. They even wrote “literally plain” on the sandwich, snarky and rude for someone who can’t make a sandwich correctly, which by the way was STILL WRONG.
