Worst place when it comes to actually getting an online order right. I’ve gotten online pickup from there 3 times now and every time they have forgot at least one item and it’s usually multiple, or they’ll give us the wrong thing. Food is good but it’s just frustrating getting home and realizing they forgot stuff

Brand new Taco Bell. Everything was clean and shiny, but it was so cold in there. We asked if they could turn on the heat. The kid said that he would ask the manager.We tried to eat inside, but had to go to the car. Just too cold.Also, the food was cold too.

When did they start allowing restaurants workers to vape in a restaurant??? The main manager is rude, hateful and disrespectful to her employees and to her customers.I witness yesterday her firing a worker for cursing and something to do with his clothes. It wasn’t just a matter of minutes until another worker came and apologized to me and my family, she even gave us a coupon for what we witnessed.. the main manager threw food and started cursing herself, why can’t she be firedThis isn’t the first experience of bad situation and we won’t be back and will make sure we tell everyone we no to stay away for there!To the lady in the black bogan you was the most pleasant at all our visits in the past couple weeks. You can do better and deserve better.

Gone Are The Days Of Yesterday
Love how my review keeps getting removed on a weekly basis! I spend $30 to $50 here each time with a family of 5. I HAVE YET TO GET A CORRECT ORDER! I live 20 min down cane River and after the first time when I was missing over $10 worth of food I started counting everything.. well I ordered 4 grilled cheese burritos only to get those nasty cheap azs 5 layer burritos because the numbers matched so drove home thinking order was right..nope!. I called and the lady said tell them next time I ordered and it would be fixed.. so next time I tried explaining everything.. fkng oblivious to anything I said and refused to fix the order. I have ordered there approximately 8 times since they opened AND YET TO RECEIVE A CORRECT ORDER! If you order more than literally 1 thing they are for sure going to screw your order up! They can't count and obviously no one can read.
Found out today that people were saying they got severely sick from Taco Bell around 8 months ago due to staff putting fecal matter in the food. My boyfriend and I got severely sick after eating here the exact same time. We were throwing up non stop for 12 hours and sick for 4 days. I thought we were going to need to go to the hospital. ?

As a previous employee, I am very dissapointed to say that i had to replace a crunchwrap supreme because the tostada shell was old and gross and had a funky taste. I went in last night to get it replaced and yet again i had the exact same issue. This i know for a fact is due to them not properly discarding old food after the proper hold times. To add to this, if they are doing this to tostada shells then they are treating the mexican pizza shells the exact same way. I will no longer be eating there no will any of my friends or family.
