So slow. Seemed like they toasted the subs with a candle bc we waited 40mins for 3 subs. All of the subs were wrong. Ordered 3 turkey subs all the same and got 3 ham subs that were different. Made us late for our group activity reservation. Seems like a food truck should be fast but they are the opposite

Went a few times before tge flood when they were brick and mortar. Was pretty good but after the way I was treated on my last visit at the food truck post helene I will never go back. I was placing an order and the guy said it would be 30-40 minutes. I simply stated I can't wait that long sorry ( not upset or anything I just had to return to work) as I walked away he proceeds to berate me cause apparently how dare I not have time to wait on an order due to having a job. Will never return and will not recommend to others.

Always a fan of a sub made correctly unlike the line of personnel at Subway's. I will always choose a local family's endeavor over a corporate's mass production as long as the quality of the food and its' preparation remains delicious to me.

This is the first time my husband and I went to W. Side Subs, we had heard great reviews from friends and we finally made it over. Our sandwiches were absolutely delicious! My husband got the pastrami wedge and I got the turkey, the sandwich is so big I could only eat half but he finished his and honestly, the flavors were really good, I think it’s our new favorite place for sandwiches! I highly recommend this place for good food.

Great service and Tasty food. Our food was made at order, wait time after ordering was around 10 minutes, however the food was so worth it and got! I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who took our order but he was very kind and funny!The inside of the shop is small, however there are a few tables. But I wouldn’t plan on eating in if it were really busy imagining it be crowded.Overall the service and quality of food make up for any minor environmental dislikes. Thank you for some great subs!
