Great food truck!! The food was absolutely delicious. We stopped expecting just tacos, but the menu has a bunch of different foods. We did get tacos and they can out in a good time and where hot! The flavors were great! The green sauce is a mild spice and the habanero sauce is hot but the flavor is so good! We are excited to stop by again soon!

This place, This place right here is where you need to get your taco fixing if you are anywhere near the Burnsville area. The incredible lady that took my order was the sweetest person possible. That will be your introduction to the best taco of your life. Where I am from there is a large Hispanic/Latino community, as well as food trucks being very present in my city. I am a pastor street taco combo once a week kind of guy, and I am happy to say nowhere holds a candle to this place. It is the most flavorful, authentic taco you can possibly imagine. The “cherry on top” would be their sauce. Just absolutely decadent. Please do your self of favor and come here, you will not regret it.

Really good tacos. Cabeza was the star but barbacoa was also very good (and itself a bit spicy). Be generous with the lime juice on the rich cabeza. I think they are either making the tortillas handmade or buying good quality ones. Excellent.

Tacos were fab. Esp the pastor. The friendly staff offered us all sorts of salsas for tasting. The habanero was the best, packing a flavour punch, without burning out your sinuses. Highly recommended.

I am very disappointed with this place, I so wanted to be blown away with authentic, delicious, quality food. There was very little, if any, flavor to the salsa and beans. It’s pretty expensive, and I don’t mind paying more if I am getting something very well prepared and full of flavor, but this wasn’t it, and not only was I disappointed with flavor but the amounts they give you of the salsa an rice are very, very small. It’s ridiculous. Even my family did not like anything I got and I ended up throwing it all in the trash. FYI, we are Hispanic and particularly critical of poorly made Mexican food, we can’t help it, we know good food, we just sometimes want others to make it.

The food at Las Cruces is always fresh and delicious! The customer service is outstanding The food is prepared correctly and quickly.Parking: Since this is a food truck, there is not much room available for parking. It is also located next to a car wash so only about six cars can fit there at a time. This won’t really matter much, because all orders are takeout and the food is prepared pretty quickly.
