This establishment should be closed down! They have the rudest employees and Baskin Robbins never have any ice cream. I’ve been on two separate occasions, and was told there is no ice cream, only the gallon sized in the walk in cooler.

The past few times I have came here all before 9 they have said they have already cleaned the mixer for milkshakes and will not be making anymore I understand wanted to get off on time and there’s a process to clean them but does it have to be done so early that you can’t order items an hour and a half before closing? Also tried to order other items to see what they did have and I was told they were out of mostly everything.

Brought my granddaughters here for after school ice cream. There was no sprinkles, no waffle bowls, no strawberry drizzle for the banana split. How are your employees supposed to serve what you advertise when they don’t have the product?

26 Aug 2024 Walked in the door tonight at 2100(900pm)(they close at 2200(1000pm))and waited a few min to greeted by someone behind the counter. Was asked simply what can I get you. My daughter asked politely for a milkshake and was told they’re not making shakes any more tonight. I asked are you closing early or is the machine broken and was told simply were not making shakes anymore tonight. We will take our business to Sonic

The younger folks that usually run this store in the evening are top notch. However, yesterday evening my daughter and I went in for some ice cream because we were craving Beach Day. There wasn’t a lot of people on the store however it seemed chaotic behind the bar. There were quite a few older people in business attire running the ice cream bar. Possibly training? Im not sure. I also noticed none of them wore gloves while preparing milkshakes or scooping ice cream. My daughter ordered 2 scoops in a cup, I got 2 scoops in a waffle cone (that was stale), and a pint of fresh scooped beach day to go. While the lady was scooping out to go cup one of the ladies who I usually see offered to ring us up. We paid for our $17 worth of ice cream then waited for our Togo tub. Once we got it we walked out. Only to get right out to the car and hear a lady hollering “excuse me ladies, did you pay for your ice cream!?!” To which I responded with yes ma’am we did as I offered the receipt. She declined to check the receipt. Lack of communication between employees should never result in the embarrassment of your patrons. 🙄

The entire staff has a severe attitude problem. They’re rude even when you smile and greet them. Honestly the unemployment office would be a great fit for all of them. Attitude is given upon entry to the store, free of charge.

I stopped by the store to get some ice cream, and waited in the drive-thru for seven (7) minutes, without anyone acknowledging that I was there proceeded to drive up to the window, the lady with the headset on looked at me, and keeping talking to the only other person in the store and walked to the back. Never acknowledged my presence at all! I was furious and just drove all.

This location is awful. Every time we go they are out of a few flavors we want. The workers seem very inconvenienced by us being there. Very snotty and rude. It’s not OUR fault YOU don’t have what we want. We now go here knowing we need to have 3 different flavors as backups. No thank you. No sorry.

This spot is terrible. Too few workers, every time we've gone in it's been a huge wait (15+ minutes) even though there were only one or two customers ahead if us in line. They are frequently out of ice cream flavors and donuts. I feel bad for the workers as the management clearly has no idea what they are doing. Also, no ice cream 'til 3pm, but this isn't posted anywhere.

Shout out to the workers though, they have always been extremely polite.

Very disappointed... Took my children here for a weekend treat. Over half the flavors were outta stock and unavailable... What a disappointment. Will go elsewhere next time.

Why is it everyday I go out to get my pregnant wife a smoothie and everytime it’s a hour to two hours before closing and they are cleaning the blenders. So they can’t make them. Why are we closing down what we can make one to two hours before closing?
