The younger folks that usually run this store in the evening are top notch. However, yesterday evening my daughter and I went in for some ice cream because we were craving Beach Day. There wasn’t a lot of people on the store however it seemed chaotic behind the bar. There were quite a few older people in business attire running the ice cream bar. Possibly training? Im not sure. I also noticed none of them wore gloves while preparing milkshakes or scooping ice cream. My daughter...

So I ordered a cake ahead of time and one of the bakers who was going to make my order quit ! So when I went to pick up my cake on my husbands birthday NOTHING was made. They offered a refund but that wasn’t an option..they offered another cake but not the flavors he liked. I had ordered some other stuff as well to complete the cake . The cake was the centerpiece of the party!!! Luckily, Miranda (another baker) was able to make a last minute cake in 2 hours !!!!! I was so so...

Went there for some hot fudge sundaes. How can the machine be burnt? I guess no one checked it today... ok, so we'll get something else. Personnel was courteous and kind, just a tad off focus in the service and communication area. But all in all we got some sundaes, so we're happy. We'll be back again, hoping they will keep the machines clean and loaded, especially the hot fudge.
