Slow service with my change because he could not to figure out how much to give me and then had to wait for Bo rounds which was fine but when the young man brought my order he didn't say a word or nothing just kinda threw the bag at me, teach them better customer service

This is the best Bojangles in my opinion,I actually drive from Fayetteville to eat at this location because the rest of them don't do justice to the name of the franchise! Everything is hot and as you ordered it,no attitudes just good service and Good hot fresh food. Definitely worth the drive and a recommendation to anyone in or outside the area to stop by and eat, 2 thumbs up.

It's 530 in the afternoon so you would figure they would have chicken cooked for dinner crowd but they parked us for a 2 piece dinner. I thought maybe they were just clearing their drive-thru out but after 7 minutes I walked in and then they informed me that they were out of chicken and it would be another 15 minutes and when suggested that they should let people know at the window the lady walked away from me..So this is second time in a row at this location starting to think because we have had this problem at multi location (the whole fayetteville and especially raeford rd) that they just don't prepare chicken for the dinner crowd at any of theses locations until they have too and by then 6 or 7 families don't have bojangles for dinner.. seems like better time managing for the rushes should be taught to the managers and if it has then you should look into hiring new manager..one day this year we might have it for dinner but so far we have struck out for the first three months and now once in the fourth month..SMH please get it together so we can enjoy your product..

Food and employees are always the best! The only thing is I can never get freshly cooked bo rounds. I always seem to get the refried / reheated ones and they are soaked with grease. Do not recommend ordering these from here, and they are my favorite breakfast item and I frequent this place often.

So the food was great!! However, I experienced some horrible customer service when I just simply asked for ketchup, hot sauce, and honey mustard. One of the team workers said She should've asked for all that before now! I asked what was said, and another team member told her that I heard her. I was supposed to call corporate because this is someone who is handling everyone's food.
