My gravy is watered down, not just a little but like 75% water and 25% gravy. It is literally clear colored. This is absolutely unacceptable to serve to a customer. I understand no restaurant will be perfect but serving water gravy is absolutely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. If it wasn’t for this incident this location deserves one star anyway for consistently forgetting items in orders.

While food was good and fresh. The manager there is very rude and nasty. He is always yelling from the kitchen, clapping is hands while he talks to his employees in a very disrespectful manner. And he does this while in front of customers. It was alarming to know that someone who behaves so unprofessionally would be placed in a management position. Bojangles needs to do a much better job at training and monitoring its management team.

Been wanting for Bogangles and it was all I was waiting for came down from Jersey to visit family unfortunately there are none in Jersey but service was great so was the manager at the time tall African American male very friendly sorry I forgot your name but the teams customers service and energy was just perfect exactly what I expected. Coming from a kitchen background it felt so great to be in their presence!!! 🤩🥰The boys didn't like the tea probably too sweet We don't do sweets like that I recommend a half tea lemonade or a flavored version every once and a while but everything was perfect!! Thank you
Slow service with my change because he could not to figure out how much to give me and then had to wait for Bo rounds which was fine but when the young man brought my order he didn't say a word or nothing just kinda threw the bag at me, teach them better customer service

This is the best Bojangles in my opinion,I actually drive from Fayetteville to eat at this location because the rest of them don't do justice to the name of the franchise! Everything is hot and as you ordered it,no attitudes just good service and Good hot fresh food. Definitely worth the drive and a recommendation to anyone in or outside the area to stop by and eat, 2 thumbs up.
