The food is ok, but that little white girl have a attitude, she not friendly, they made mistake on my order when I came back in there to correct the error she thought I was lying about some onion rings and I ask her for a cup for ice she said she doesn’t have none. the other employees were nice and respectful.

Sat there for 40 minutes waiting. Finally got my food and all cold, checked the times on the food and they had been done for 20 minutes before they called me. This is the third time we have had issues with this location.

I've ordered six or seven times. Love the food but not have my order 100% correct even one time yet. Usually just small things like I get all flats, wrong dipping sauce, no carrots, boneless instead of bone-in.

Have visited this location many times since it has opened. But as of recently it has been steaming hot inside. Waiting for food is miserable. Air conditioning must not be working. Order before walking in and don’t pick up till food is ready. I feel bad for the employees that have to work in the heat INSIDE a building! Cause that’s ridiculous!!!

I've had my orders delivered multiple times by DD. I had no issues. There's been many times I've gone in person to pick up my order and it was totally wrong and I was forced to return to the store to reorder it. There was no apology or concern. The supervisor left me feeling like it was my fault. No compassion. Anytime I go inside the employees' attitudes are AWFUL! If there is not an employee at the register, the rest just looks at me like I'm crazy and not even speak. There's a cold vibe walking in as though my presence is an inconvenience to them. Yesterday the same thing! No hello or personality at all. You won't survive here with the problems we as customers are experiencing.

Tried to order online but it was not working. Called and ordered with staff who stated that the online ordering was spotty at best. Ordered the $50 meal for the family and it was ok at best.
They got the order wrong and I went back to pickup the right stuff that I had to reorder. When I asked about a refund on the one part of the order the manager came up took my info, but I was never contacted back.
So now I won’t be back.
