I've had a few issues with orders from here. However, they've always apologized and fixed the issue. I do wish the price was lower/reasonable.
EDIT: Holy balls, they are now charging $1 for an ounce of ranch.
Update 10FEB26: I placed an order for delivery and was shorted 15 boneless wings. I called the store and offered for them to deliver my missing food or give me a refund for the missing items only. They declined to deliver my missing food (understandable due to weather conditions at the time) and offered to provide a partial refund for the missing food and said it would take 7-10 days. It is now 11 days later and no refund, so I've had to do a partial dispute with my CC company.

My husband put in an order for wings for Super Bowl night and was floored. Firstly, the manager greeted him at the door (and opened it for him). He said they had tables set up and full of all the orders they were pushing out in preparation for the day! The food was delicious, everything was labeled, organized and just as we ordered. Just wanted to share that this BWW team is amazing! Kudos to you all and will continue ordering - thank you!!

What happened to this place? They used to have the food prepared in a decent amount of time. The last 2 times I’ve ordered, the food isn’t ready nowhere near the promise time. The employees just don’t seem properly trained on how to handle a rush. The order screen is completely full of uncooked orders that are way past the promised time.

Last night, the staff experienced an unexpected rush like none other and ultimately had to shut down early due to being unprepared. Despite the chaos, I was grateful to receive my food along with outstanding customer service from Treasure and Ja’Briel. They handled a very stressful situation with grace, professionalism, and poise, which truly made a difference. We are very thankful for them. Happy New Year to the entire staff!

Do not ever come here! I waited over an hour after the designated pickup time, just for the staff to make an announcement that we weren’t going to get our food and they “aren’t going to process refunds because they want to go home”.

The food is ok, but that little white girl have a attitude, she not friendly, they made mistake on my order when I came back in there to correct the error she thought I was lying about some onion rings and I ask her for a cup for ice she said she doesn’t have none. the other employees were nice and respectful.
