So my children came home from picking up dinner from the drive-through three whopper Meal, as well as another burger meal and a side sandwich. My kids did not open the bag till they got home and furthermore, as they decided to bring me my food, I am the first person unwrapped my burger. The wrapping was nice and tight just like they do it in store and when I called to let the manager know about a hair that I just pulled from my mouth she didn’t even care. She said there’s no females on duty on the night shift tonight and that there’s no way. From them. Instead of actually showing some sort of concern for the circumstances, not counting that our burgers and fries were 100% cold what happened to customer service and managerial duties being properly performed on a professional level. I shouldn’t have to argue with the store manager that me pulling her hair out of my food or someone else’s hair from my food as I’m eating it is just inappropriate and you should try to take care of that client so they keep coming back. Where has customer service gone? I shouldn’t have to argue with a manager to get some concern about her Store. Maybe it’s time to report their store to the Better Business Bureau and a few other people about The cleanliness of the store.

I don’t write many reviews but when I do it’s because of a very notable experience. Ok, so. From the time we walked to our exit, my kids and I were cared for with kindness and exceptional customer service. I want to thank Mi’Shaun in particular for being so great.

This location times isn't right. Google says it closes at 12. I arrived at 1130 and they were closed. It says the hours were confirm 3 weeks ago.

I get a free Whopper every 3 months. I went there just to get a drink. Then I remembered about the whopper. I got it to take home to my son. Employee's were nice and friendly. My son loved the burger
