I just want to say I appreciate the owner/manager that assisted my husband today! He walked in and said they were super busy and everything was just about gone after being told they didn’t have any chocolate cake left from the cashier the owner/manager came out and said they were able to have one ready in about 45min-1hr. This is the same cake my husband got me on my birthday we finished it in a couple days. He went to buy another because he forgot to sing happy birthday on 1/23/26 and I remembered today 2/7/26. Thank yall so much you guys def have our business for every occasion.

Wanted to try this place out since it’s close by the house….tried it once and service was Trash! Maybe the lady was having a bad day so I just shrugged it off. Now I come back today and still the same thing..worst customer service. I always get rude looks and my son came with me this time and he was very happy to come in and see the workers. But they didn’t even say hi to him. Broke my heart. I will never be going back to this place!!

In the past year, we have ordered a cake for everyone’s birthday from here. Each time the cake has been beautifully decorated and absolutely delicious. They have always worked with me to give me the cakes I envisioned for my children’s birthdays and for special occasions.

I walked in with my son excited to get a sweet treat but was so disappointed by the unwelcoming staff. I walked in and three women standing there didn't say a word. One woman just looked up at me and continued doing whatever she was doing. I figured they were a little busy with what they were doing so I said hello and the room was still silent. After waiting a few awkward seconds I just walked out. Very unfortunate. I'm a hispanic woman for reference, maybe that's what the issue was.

When I went in, eye contact was made with the young lady checking people out and she said nothing…only for her to smile and say “welcome in” to the people behind me ….and then stare at me like she saw a ghost. Sad because the sweets were delicious. Absolutely won’t return.

You definitely wanna visit them for your bake goods . I met the manger who’s also the owners son and he made sure that I was satisfied with my desserts . I went in kinda late but I was a still Able to get some goodies . I highly recommend checking them out .
One of the best bakeries I’ve ever visited! Burneys Sweet is spotless clean, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the croissants are absolutely delicious — fresh, buttery, and perfectly flaky. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for amazing pastries and great service!

This place fell off bad. Prices are insane, almost 7 dollars for a tiny piece of dry cake thats been sitting there for days, they used to be 5 dollars, not to mention, its very unappealing when customers come in and theres nothing in the chest freezers (Display). Ridiculous. You’re better off going to a krispy kreme if you have the gas and time.

As much as their treats are good. Their service the last few times I've been has sucked and that is why I've haven't been in anymore. Last time I went in to buy a box for family that came into visit. An hour after them opening person who helped was so rude. As if we were being a burden but yet we came in to support their business. And what makes it worse is that they put the croissants in the wrong label so I kept getting attitude for saying the wrong flavors but then had to correct her that I was reading off the label where they placed it. And to make it even better this worker is always the one that gives an attitude both times she helped. So such an unfortunate things. Good treats but horrible service!

I like the desserts. However, I mainly like to come for the plain sugar cookies. I've met the manager/ owner a few times and he stated that cookies and other baked goods can be made to order if they're not available in the display counter. Which he did a few times previously. I'd come in and if there weren't any cookies in the display I'd let him know how many I would like. I would prepay and return at the time suggested time for pick up. However, when he’s not there, the other workers always have an excuse not to do so.
