I am addicted to the cocoa fudge. But they charge more than its weight and Gould for extra. Seriously. A dollar for every extra pump that amounts to a tablespoon at best?
What happened here? You use to have the older lady who made awesome cupcakes. Went today…none. Switch to a mint Oreo blizzard…special of the month…guess what, no Oreos. Need some owner attention….

Horrible business practices and customer service. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough cake a week in advance. Arrived to pickup and was told they don’t get cookie dough cakes at that location. I told them I had the email confirmation and they just shrugged and said they don’t get those cakes delivered there so they didn’t have anything for me. I asked why no one called me, he first said they tried and no one answered, I told him I had no missed calls or voicemails. He then said my number wouldn’t dial out on their system…they didn’t care that I drove 30 mins, very pregnant, with two small kids, expecting to pickup the cake I ordered on my way to a birthday party. Horrible experience.

Every. Time. Every. Time. Every freaking time we visit “they’re out of sprinkles”. Or “we don’t have birthday cake” ice cream. Why advertise something you do not offer. That is FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING and MISLEADING. I literally drive the extra 15 min to Sanford to get stupid sprinkles for my kids. Imagine losing business because you have bad food management. Every. Time. Also, expect wait time of 10+ min for ONE item.
Pros: I appreciate the military discount.
