We had a wonderful experience here with fast and friendly service. Our ice cream was made exactly as ordered. This is definitely one of the better DQs around, and it is very clean!

Had to ring the bell to get attention of the 3 employees who was out of sight. Then ask for banana split, the employee said they didn't have any bananas, so ok then saw plenty bananas in the store and the employee said they couldn't buy them. That's hard to believe. I'm sorry I won't go there again.

I stopped going here years ago because an ice cream shop Should Have Ice Cream. For weeks they never had chocolate ice cream. I tried again about a year ago. Unfortunately, this past weekend, same problem...but worse! Mobile ordered. Noone answered at drive thru (multiple vehicles) NOR at window. After minutes if no service, I literally had to rap on drive thru window just to get service. I also had a clear view of front counter, which was empty (no customers). Minures later a guy mozied to windows to tell me they "thought they may be out" of chocolate ice cream.(?!?) After explaining that I don't eat vanilla& would rather be refunded, a woman slithers to windows holding my $3 cone with 1" of ice cream on a cone. This Cameron, NC location should just close! Too many other places around to spend my money. I went to Food Lion & bought a half gallon for same price.

I recently visited with my family on a Friday evening, and although my review is a little late, I wanted to share our experience. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was clear that Fridays are a busy time, and the team seemed a bit short-staffed, which resulted in a longer wait. While we were a little disappointed to find out it’s a treat-only location (we had been hoping for chicken tenders), the pretzel sticks ended up being a tasty alternative. The front counter staff remained patient and professional, and the young lady who appeared to be in charge truly went above and beyond. She even graciously upgraded our Blizzards to a larger size, which more than made up for the wait. The Blizzards were generous in portion and absolutely delicious, and the pretzel sticks were equally enjoyable. Overall, my family had a wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning soon.
