I was hesitant based off reviews but so glad I stopped in! The drive through was busy so I decided to go in. Everyone working was MOVING and HUSTLING to get orders out and they all had smiles on their faces. They had fun music going and were in great spirits, especially considering how busy they were. They also were working as a team which was really awesome to see (hey can you get me this). Haven’t had any of my coffee or donuts but wanted to provide a review to let the Dunkin team let them know I appreciated them this morning!

This location never has all donuts available and every time I go the frosted donuts are barely frosted doesn’t matter the day or time . Please actually frost the donuts properly !!

Family came here after a long trip. They had only 5 donuts on the shelf, we had waited in line for a bit and no one came to help. The Associates were speaking to a customer who looked like they may have went to school together. Maybe this store can change your name to just Dunkin cuz they have no Donuts

Went inside at about 7:00pm and ordered icecream but also wanted donuts. There was zero donuts available for purchase and the employee stated that there was no more for the day. Their hours were closing as 10:00pm. Very disappointed!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. How do you get Dunkin midnight with shot of expresso mixed up with Dunkin latte.... And it didn't end there the same drink I have ordered all over United States from Dunkin donuts said they could and didn't give me the other flavor I wanted in my refresher. I couldn't get a large cup of ice and no ice in my drink because it melts by time I get home and also forgot the donut I ordered. I am so disappointed with everything I have dealt with at that location and is pushing me towards going back to Starbucks. That whole location and it's workers treat their job like it's a joke well it's not a joke it's your job you get paid for doing what's the point of having a job if you can't do it right?

This location should be closed down! The workers are very rude and unprofessional! I will not return to the location, although it is the closest one to me, I rather drive to Fayetteville. Horrible!!!!!
