I had no issues with prompt service but they weren't the most polite, even after giving a good tip. I'd probably pick a different Dunkin's to go to next time.
Went inside at about 7:00pm and ordered icecream but also wanted donuts. There was zero donuts available for purchase and the employee stated that there was no more for the day. Their hours were closing as 10:00pm. Very disappointed!!
If I could give them zero stars I would. How do you get Dunkin midnight with shot of expresso mixed up with Dunkin latte.... And it didn't end there the same drink I have ordered all over United States from Dunkin donuts said they could and didn't give me the other flavor I wanted in my refresher. I couldn't get a large cup of ice and no ice in my drink because it melts by time I get home and also forgot the donut I ordered. I am so disappointed with everything I have dealt with at that location and is pushing me towards going back to Starbucks. That whole location and it's workers treat their job like it's a joke well it's not a joke it's your job you get paid for doing what's the point of having a job if you can't do it right?
This location should be closed down! The workers are very rude and unprofessional! I will not return to the location, although it is the closest one to me, I rather drive to Fayetteville. Horrible!!!!!

Extremely rude workers!! I placed a mobile order for the first time and I drove to the window bc I had already paid for it and placed my order via mobile. The young lady didn’t greet me with a hello or anything, just immediately gave me attitude and chastised me for not stopping at the ordering station. I didn’t realize you had to stop and tell them you placed an order, I thought you just picked it up at the window, but apparently not!! My bad!! Then, I was missing a half dozen donuts, which for some reason didn’t show up on their end but it was on my order, so I didn’t fault them for that, but the workers were completely unprofessional and rolling their eyes and ignoring me. I wasn’t even making a stink about it. Three different workers opened the window and gave me attitude asking what I was waiting for. Mind you, I wasn’t rude, I didn’t argue with them or anything. I just said “I’m waiting on my donuts” and showed them my mobile order receipt. Completely unnecessary and rude!! My husband went there last week and said they were extremely rude to him for no reason as well, and I was shocked bc I have never had an issue until today! Won’t be going back to this location.
I usually do mobile orders to avoid interacting with the staff because it seems they are always in a bad mood. Positive customer service is definitely lacking.
TWO times (to include a most recent visit), I’ve gone inside and the staff is complaining loudly about the mobile order buzzer going off and how they only have two people working. It was true.. they were short staffed.. that is DEFINITELY a management issue. When I walked out the door (it was a few mins after 7am, they locked the door behind me so the lobby was closed).
Today my husband went to get me a coffee and sandwich and the sandwich was burnt… like how can you can serve this to a customer??
All of these things are how businesses lose customers, but maybe that’s what they’re trying to do anyway?
Was going to surprise my kids with donuts, pull in the drive thru to order munchkins. They are out. Out of all donuts. Zero. At 1:45pm. Ridiculous. Why are you even open??

So this is absolutely unacceptable Dunkin’!!!! Especially on my birthday! A large hot latte with no whip or heck not even a full cup!!!
I want my money back!!! Got a coffee and it tastes like it's watered down day old coffee. My keurig has more flavor. My wife also got me a bagel with cream cheese. The only part of the bagel that has cream cheese is the hole in the middle. I genuinely feel like it was intentional. How on earth is that a bagel with cream cheese. Coffee went in the sink and the bagel went in the trash. I can't believe I spent money at this place. 🤦 I was essentially ripped off. Misrepresentation is a crime. This place needs to go out of business.
Honestly, if I could give 0 I would. I’ve had my drink wrong about 3 times, which I could forgive, but today I asked for a medium latte and they didn’t ask me if it was hot or iced, so I pulled to the window and when she asked me to repeat the drink, I added “and it’s hot please, I’m not sure if I said that”. She said “yea I got it!” Then hands me an iced latte a minute later. I apologized like crazy and just said I’m so sorry, I wanted hot! She closes the window and the girl behind her proceed to go to the window and YELL “she never said anything about wanting hot”, so loudly it made me jump, and then storms to the back. Thanks for making me cry on a Thursday morning, Dunkin.
The girl that works the drive thru needs to be fired. Shes extermely condescending, rude and pretends she has a hearing problem. Shes never in a good mood and I dont understand how management still has her around. I don't know what happened to the customer service at this dunkin but this new lot of employee aren't it. If the really hate their jobs then go look for another one.
