Honestly, if I could give 0 I would. I’ve had my drink wrong about 3 times, which I could forgive, but today I asked for a medium latte and they didn’t ask me if it was hot or iced, so I pulled to the window and when she asked me to repeat the drink, I added “and it’s hot please, I’m not sure if I said that”. She said “yea I got it!” Then hands me an iced latte a minute later. I apologized like crazy and just said I’m so sorry, I wanted hot! She closes the window and the girl behind her proceed to go to the window and YELL “she never said anything about wanting hot”, so loudly it made me jump, and then storms to the back. Thanks for making me cry on a Thursday morning, Dunkin.

The girl that works the drive thru needs to be fired. Shes extermely condescending, rude and pretends she has a hearing problem. Shes never in a good mood and I dont understand how management still has her around. I don't know what happened to the customer service at this dunkin but this new lot of employee aren't it. If the really hate their jobs then go look for another one.

I stopped at this location at around 3 p.m. last Friday to pick up some food for the road. When I entered this location there were no customers in the building and no cars in the drive through. The staff acted like I was inconveniencing them by going up to the counter to place my order. No "hello, can I help you?" Just a smug and irritated look on her face. I started my order with a BK Blast. She said they are not making those today. I then ordered a sausage egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. She said they are out of croissants. I ordered a blueberry donut, she said they were out of those. Right off the bat, they are out of or unwilling to make the first three items that I ordered. I had to improvise and get the sandwich on sourdough bread, and choose whatever donuts they had left, and there were no many to choose from. After I got my food, the sourdough from the sandwich was barely toasted at all, so the sandwich was not good. The bread was the same way for the Avocado Toast that I ordered. Hardly toasted at all. The donuts tasted stale and just nasty. I will never go back to this location again. Horrible attitude by staff and horrible food.

I don’t think I have seen anybody smile at this Dunkin’ since I have started coming here six months ago… I always feel a little bit depressed when I leave here because the staff seem grumpy and sad to be there. Not just once but literally every visit I’ve had, which has to be around 50 at this point.

Not only that, but they always seem to conveniently be out of the seasonal menu items that they display on their signs next to the drive thru menus…. Why advertise something that you never have in stock?? They ran out of the Dunka latte, and then they ran out of all the s’mores items, now they don’t even have the holiday cookie latte…? So I ask myself why do I even come here anymore? Sometimes it feels nice for a coffee mixup to visit a new shop but if I’m greeted with a grump and out of stock items, honestly, I think I would rather just take my business elsewhere.

& the icing on the cake is my order was wrong this morning… I ordered a decaf latte because I can’t have caffeine right now with my infant and I got a regular latte 🎉

I went to the Halloween bucket of munchies that is literally advertised everywhere right now. They didn’t have the bucket. Which fine not a big deal so I ordered 25 assorted munchkins. I count them in the car after I paid and only got 20! He didn’t even count when he was doing it. Really disappointed service

The rudest staff I have ever encountered.

I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while the employees were chatting and ignoring me. There was no one in the drive-thru, I was the only customer.

When the employee came over to take my order she said "what?!" and glared at me as if I was inconveniencing her by being there. I'm sorry, but this is not how you greet customers. This was followed by my coffee order being made incorrectly, to which the employee responded by blaming me saying that I should have been more specific.

I will not be going here again, and I highly recommend that everyone else avoids this location as well.

What a joke! showed up to get their 15.99 boo bucket yesterday. Was told theirs no internet you will have to go order from spring lake Dunkin then the very next day I go back again to try and buy the boo bucket for my sons daycare class and now their sold out. What a complete lack of customer service. Super disappointing experience.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place the chance to do better, but I’m officially done. Not only is customer service awful at this location, but they are quite literally ALWAYS out of donuts. Every time I’ve gone in, no matter the day or the time, they will only have old fashioned, cruellers, and a couple of the seasonal donuts. I’ve had them cancel my DoorDash orders that were $60-$70 each time because they didn’t have any of the items I selected. And it just happened again. I understand companies give you a set amount of donuts to make so that it reduces waste, but clearly this formula isn’t working for this location or they aren’t following it and winging it throughout the day. As I’m writing this review, I just got ANOTHER phone call from my doordasher to tell me “oops, sorry they’re out of apple fritters too”. This is getting ridiculous. The employees there are horrible with customers too. Many times I’ve sat at the register and would make eye contact with several workers that clearly weren’t doing anything other than talking, and I didn’t even receive a “one moment and someone will be with you soon” type comment. No acknowledgment that I’ve walked into their store and am clearly ready to order. This location is well known for having horrible coffee as well. It’s a running joke in my neighborhood about how people will drive to the Sanford location to get their Dunkin coffee fix. After today, I’m officially done with this location. It’s time I start using the local bakeries, I think. There’s other options in Cameron, and im definitely going to start using them. EDIT: just received the order that prompted me to write this review. I got NONE of the donuts I requested. And this is what they gave me for my large iced vanilla latte. A half filled cup with melted ice even though the DoorDasher took exactly 6 minutes to get from the store to my home since I live so close. WHY would anyone think this is okay?! I spent $70 for NOTHING. My kids hate all of the donuts that the horrible employee decided to give to us.

Update: 20 OCT 2024: I got to dunkin today based on hours on Google and their door. They said drive thru opens at 0500 and inside opens at 6. It appears however the inside area doesn't open til 0700. If this is a change I recommend changing the door or on Google hours of operation.

Piss Poor excuse for a donut shop! Now I see why they have 3 Stars! Went to get Munckins (Donit Holes when I got off work at 4 o’clock they told me they couldn’t sale me 50ct and only had blueberry. So they stop making Donuts 6 hours before they close? So they get a one star because this is not the first time!

This Dunkin is absolutely terrible!! Always rude and never gets the order right. I just left and had to get a refund because an employee wanted to argue with us about what we ordered. Went back in line to reorder the correct order. Coffee is disgusting! Taste watered down and still they didn’t get it right.
