Food is hit and miss. I’m guessing they don’t have management because they are open some mornings and not open other mornings. They have the doors locked at 7:15 again this morning. So I wouldn’t waste your time stopping at this location if you are trying to get to work on time lol.

I checked the times opened for business, drove 15 min with my granddaughter to get to Dunkin for some ice cream and 830pm on a Saturday they are closed! Closing time says 10pmET not 8 or 830pm. Do better!

We were there on 12/28/23 at 8pm. The cashier had ear buds in and couldn't hear my wife's order, then got it completely wrong on top of it. She said it was the worst cup of coffee she's ever had. Plus she was very indifferent and unfriendly. I hope management steps up and does something about this. I know this employee does NOT share the customer service ethic that Dunkin is known for.

Never have doughnuts in the afternoon, when they do they are old, or missing icing, rushed like with minimal sprinkles. It’s a treat for my kids but will take our business elsewhere. Why are you being paid to stand around and do nothing!? So no donuts from 12 to 10 just beverages.Coffee taste gross, old like not fresh like it use to be from this location. The staff is hit and miss. You get some friendly workers and then you get those who act like you’re interrupting their day.

Every time we come after school around 3:30pm there are 20 or less doughnuts left. We always ask if they’re making more. Unfortunately it’s always a no even though they don’t close until 10pm.People should have options in the afternoons and evenings. I’d rate this location 5 stars if we were ever able to order our favorites!

I went to grab breakfast before work, and their was a young guy working with a very unpleasant and very unprofessional attitude. He rang my order up and walked away, before I could even pay for it. So another Dunkin worker came and took my money to pay. He was throwing food orders to his other coworkers in drive thru. His customer service skills are terrible!!!
