Just left the drive through and received soda water though what I ordered was a large doctor pepper and large mountain dew so I turned around to go back through the drive through and you're employees blocked the drive through and then proceeded to ignore me and my friend when trying to have them fix the issue. These drinks were too expensive to be treated this way and to be ignored. I understand they're ready to go home but this is absolutely unacceptable customer service.

I went through the drive-thru for the first time. I have to say , I really appreciated Alissa! I had no idea what to get so she told me to pull on through since it wasn't busy and handed me a menu. She answered my questions..
One of the things that stood out to me more than anything is she has such amazing great energy!
She's one of those people that I think naturally lift another person with just how they are.
She was helpful & patient. Her smile could for sure light up any customers day.
I just really appreciated the experience!

Food is fresh and made on the spot so be ready for a wait. But it is delicious and worth it. I got the Americana and the fries and onion ring mix. The orange drink I got seemed a little off but other than that great place to try.
Service was good, the food was better, but the restaurant itself was kinda grimy.

Hey Kenny Moore bring back cook to order food from Andy’s and get rid of this fast food pre made sit in a container food that hwy 55 sells! It’s trash dude seriously! I use to work for you and I have friends that work for you now and we ALL agree….Go back or go under!!!

The food was decent. That’s honestly the only reason it got 2 stars. Service was atrocious, wasn’t busy at all, there was at least 7 people working and none of them could be bothered to help me at all. 20 minutes later I find out my food has been done (had been sitting under the counter for god knows how long). And I was missing my ice cream. Which was then quickly made and was a poor excuse for a milkshake/ice cream. It’s honestly a disappointment because I’ve never had issues with any other HWY 55 before.

This is by far the worst hwy 55 I’ve ever been too. I don’t even know where to start. When arriving there was so much going on customer complaining about the food being nasty and waitress telling them something was good when it wasn’t. Me and my husband witness an older couple go through that while being there. The older couple behind us tells the waitress that what they recommended for them to get wasn’t good so the young lady waitress with the little arm that wear glasses which is the one that took our order told them that she will give them a free meal, which they agreed too. While waiting on their second meal it never came out so they left. Fast rewind to my situation, when we came in we got seated and order our food. The lady that came to take our order forgotten all bout us we was sitting waiting for our drinks almost 20 mins. We even reminded her that we didn’t get our drinks. She said okay I’m coming, we still waited patiently and she still didn’t bring it . So this nice Hispanic lady from the cook line came and asked us what was our drinks. We told her and she apologize for the other lady and went and got our drinks with no problem. Not only did she bring our drinks but also made sure we had our food. I forgot her name but will never forget her face I just wanna tell you thank you sooooo much and they really needed give MVP. Our originally waitress never came and check up on us or nothing. No refills she was just mad. So the same waitress that never attended to use that was suppose to, took our payment and got mad that we gave the lady in the cook line the tip instead of her ….. in reality the lady on the cook line took care of us the whole time while still doing her job on the cook line that speak volume she loves what she do. And to the young lady that took our order that was rude i pray God gives you strength, patience’s and the ability to work with people.
