The food is always fresh. However, today 10/12/25 when I got my favorite sub home ( the the big kahuna Philly cheese) it had a very long hair wrapped in the paper and on my sandwich. Please make your food specialist wear head gear. I live too far to bring it back!

Told the lady twice that we wanted 2 Regular Italians with Double meat. Ended up with a regular and a Giant with what looked like normal meat. I had 1 layer of pepperoni on my sandwich. Charged 3 times for double meat on the Giant. My friend asked for mayo, lettuce and tomato on his sandwich. That was it. They made it Mike's way, with all the stuff he didn't want. Guess listening is not part of customer service anymore.

I always enjoy Jersey Mikes. It was good today but I did notice one thing that is probably against sanitation rules. The young man preparing subs was wearing gloves but had on a bracelet with a long string hanging from the bracelet that was touching the food as he prepared them. Thought you should know.

We placed a large order 16 sandwiches for an annual Gingerbread making party. Grace was our server and Sam was the manager on duty. Grace took our order and got everything correct, the whole team was amazing, not only did they write the full name of everyone at our party on it but they really took their time and paid attention to the order. It was prepared at the time we needed. Thank you for such great service and great food.
