The food is always fresh. However, today 10/12/25 when I got my favorite sub home ( the the big kahuna Philly cheese) it had a very long hair wrapped in the paper and on my sandwich. Please make your food specialist wear head gear. I live too far to bring it back!

First time going - staff was so friendly and welcoming! Food was fresh and delicious! Place was clean and overall an awesome experience!! Definitely making this place our new sandwich shop!!!

Told the lady twice that we wanted 2 Regular Italians with Double meat. Ended up with a regular and a Giant with what looked like normal meat. I had 1 layer of pepperoni on my sandwich. Charged 3 times for double meat on the Giant. My friend asked for mayo, lettuce and tomato on his sandwich. That was it. They made it Mike's way, with all the stuff he didn't want. Guess listening is not part of customer service anymore.
