Zamia was the manager i dealt with and to say she was useless would be a understatement. I brought back food that was incorrectly prepared to exchange it for the correct portion of the order and it took over 30 minutes and being hassled the entire time

KFC use to be fast food for families, now if ya have family of 5 its far to expensive.. They need to lower prices all across the board.. I worked for KFC in our hometown for a few years while in school.. I know how everything is made in the restaurant and there no sense of prices being just as hi of a very nice restaurant... KFC DO BETTER!!!
Chicken was good.. mashed potatoes-love em!! Nuggets fresh to order.. lol had I not bought 60 nuggies might have been old if i had ordered 6.. Idk. Cashier was very nice and helpful..

Renee, running the register had no personality, she just stood at the register staring at people. Didn't get a hey, how can I help you, anything else, your total is, have a good day, nothing. She just stood there like an awkward, uncivilized, weirdo. Also, every table in the place was disgusting, my kids and I couldn't even sit and eat. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing or what was going on, when it came to orders going out. This place needs better management.

No longer sells party wings, only nuggets and tenders. The nuggets were chewy. But I love the sticky chicky sauce, a sweet/sour type.

Clean restaurant, well decorated, friendly service, quality food, affordable pricing. I haven't eaten at a KFC in something like 15 years and was VERY pleasantly surprised!

I ordered my food here i was hoping to enjoy my lunch with my family since we wanted to try KFC again. But to my surprise when I got home I didn't my potpie that I ordered and the famous bowl I ordered the chicken in it is not fully cook. I hope the establishment manager should watch their workers to insure that the food is to NCDA&CS standards cause it might cause serious death by food poisoning.

I say it's really gone downhill. They used to run the buffet 7 days a week. Sometimes they would run specials on the buffet or a 10 PC dark meal. (Which they no longer do) The buffet is still there, it's just not being used. And they no longer run the 10-piece dark meal special.

I always go to this KFC and today was by far the best experience to date. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly. The manager was visible and helping everyone, she even brought my food to the table. She went above and beyond. Great experience 😃
