This place is definitely an upgrade since the last time I been here. Marie is awesome and she knows how to treat customers, the service here was so great I didn't even care that I spent $42 because I was so impressed by the professionalism and prompt service with a smile. 5 star for sure.

I went through the drive through today after work and ordered a 10 piece extra crispy dark meat . After waiting 20 minutes I was told I could only get white meat breast that I didn’t want but if I waited 20 more minutes I can have my order. I was told they had extra white meat from the day before but I don’t like white meat so disappointing.

Last night I stopped in to pick up some chicken nuggets. There initially was an issue with my order however, the General Manager, Ms. Marie, took the steps to make sure that my experience did not end on a bad note. She kept me updated on the situation and assured me it was being handled. I love how much time she took to help make my experience positive. Her Assitant Manager, Kayla was also very understanding and supportive. They have a wonderful management team at this location who aims to please. Thank you for the experience!

I stopped in to this Kentucky fried chicken, I had never been here before. All I needed was a chicken wing and a biscuit. The staff made me a fresh crunchy chicken wing. It was awesome. Everyone was friendly and great to deal with. Won’t hesitate to come back for some more fried chicken :-)

Place is going down hill. 4 peoples orders were messed up. The original recipe chicken doesnt taste the same as it once did. Too expensive for what you actually get. Last year we ordered a bucket of original recipe with several sides. When we got home I was shocked...all the pieces of chicken in the bucket came out in one huge mass. They appeared to be fried all together and couldn't be separated into single pieces, it was a very greasy mess!!

I wish I caught her name but the manager here was so wonderful! I was asked to pick up food for 10 people at the last minute and she walked me through the options and got my order squared away in no time. She helped me tremendously when I was in a pinch and I just wanted to give her a shoutout!

Zamia was the manager i dealt with and to say she was useless would be a understatement. I brought back food that was incorrectly prepared to exchange it for the correct portion of the order and it took over 30 minutes and being hassled the entire time

KFC use to be fast food for families, now if ya have family of 5 its far to expensive.. They need to lower prices all across the board.. I worked for KFC in our hometown for a few years while in school.. I know how everything is made in the restaurant and there no sense of prices being just as hi of a very nice restaurant... KFC DO BETTER!!!
Chicken was good.. mashed potatoes-love em!! Nuggets fresh to order.. lol had I not bought 60 nuggies might have been old if i had ordered 6.. Idk. Cashier was very nice and helpful..
