I say it's really gone downhill. They used to run the buffet 7 days a week. Sometimes they would run specials on the buffet or a 10 PC dark meal. (Which they no longer do) The buffet is still there, it's just not being used. And they no longer run the 10-piece dark meal special.

I always go to this KFC and today was by far the best experience to date. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly. The manager was visible and helping everyone, she even brought my food to the table. She went above and beyond. Great experience 😃

The front lady who takes the orders is the sweetest (I can’t say anything on the people before July because I never went) and the food is always fresh ! Definitely wouldn’t recommend a different KFC this one is the best one in the area!
