I ordered online and when I pulled up in drive through I was asked to see my email verification but I didn’t have it out on my phone so I asked was my name not on the order I was told yes but I have to show ID to get my food. I asked who would know to pull up and ask for my order out of the blue and I was told on the phone by the manager that corporate put this rule in order. I order every Friday and never had this horrible experience called other facilities and they were also confused. I will never go back to this place to be racially profiled again!

There is no reason for a 45 minute wait on 2 hot n ready pizzas and bread sticks! Scared to go ask what is taking so long because how they treat the customers!

Original cashier who took my order said they could do all flats wings(no drumsticks), also had picture proof of multiple other little caesars locations who recently let me order all flats wings. Cashier insured me they could do all flats after asking twice to be sure. After taking my payment I was pulled up to 2nd window, @2nd window manager(alexia) came and told me she cannot do all flats, that little caesars doesn't offer this option. Alexia refuseo even after I showed her proof/receipts of this and offered me a refund. I accepted refund until she then said she would have to charge me again for the pizzas I ordered since she would have to void original order with wings. She claimed that she could not refund me for wings alone, she said she could only refund me for the whole order only. But at this point I couldn't do this since they already charged me for original order, alexia said it would take up to 10days to get refund. The only money on my card was exactly enough for my original order, so I couldn't afford to void old order and run my card again for new pizza order only since they had already taken the money out my acc for original order(would have to wait up to 10days before receiving refund so even if I did accept I would be out of food for they day until I get that refund up to 10 days.) None of this would have been an issue if they would've just did all flats or told me I cannot get all flats before taking my payment. I could've definitely just took my business to another location who would be more than happy to do all flats(spring lake & Raeford rd location have both done all flats for me numerous times.)

They put my cold cookie dough in the warmer with the pizza and the deleted my last review💀
Bait and switch for gas station pizza- went in today looking for fast cheap pizza - lots of options on hwy 87- it was 1:58 pm- the electronic sign showed a lunch special for $6.49. I was ready to order prior- no one around- finally a young man came out and started to clean- eventually he said ok I can take your order - as if he was waiting for something- I said I would like the lunch special- he said that ended at 2pm and it's exactly 2pm - if you want that now - it will be $9 and change - I literally laughed and asked for him to explain- he said it was 2pm and I could no longer order the lunch special. I told him I was here ready to order prior to 2pm and through no fault of mine - I would have been in under the window if anyone was there to assist. He asked if I wanted to pay cash or card - I said no I'll go somewhere else - he then asked if I wanted to speak to a manager- I said no - I'll take the time to share my experience. Bottom line that is the last place I would get pizza around here. Way too many options and gas station pizza should come with way better service.

I had a DoorDash delivery from this location about a month ago. Unfortunately my crazy bread had small pieces of broken plastic cooked inside. I initially tried reaching out to DoorDash for a refund but they refused even with my photo proof. I then contacted little Caesar’s corporate and they have refused to even respond to me, after a month I feel they had appropriate amount of time to respond and offer a solution but they have not. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service and it’s absolutely unacceptable to serve customers food contaminated with plastic.

We had a wonderful experience with a young man named Griffin at the Cameron location. He brought our pizza out to our car and even addressed our grandchild that was with us and took the time and verified our order and made.my grandsons day by giving him a fist bump. We have always had good service however this young man went the extra mile to be so personable. Great job Little Ceasars!!!!!
