Excellent experience at this McDonald’s. I would especially like to highlight Irma, who is simply amazing. She provides outstanding service, always with a smile, and makes you feel truly welcome. She is very kind, incredibly friendly, and has a wonderful charisma that really makes a difference. I wish there were more people like her in customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

Horrible, horrible experience. I’ve been to this McDonald’s location many times and it’s finally time to speak up.Last week, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, only to be told that the paper with my order had fallen on the floor so the staff just never made my order. After waiting half an hour, I didn’t even get an apology — instead, the bag was basically thrown at me. Completely unacceptable and disgusting customer service. The staff acts like they dnt want to be there. They use ear buds listening to music while on there shift.Today I ordered again, and the same thing happened. I waited, only to receive my food ice cold. When I asked to speak with someone, the staff were rude, snappy, and full of attitude. Eye-rolling, ignoring customers — and the managers are no better.I even had to get my drink remade, because of course, that was wrong too. And while I was dealing with all of this, I overheard another customer say she had been waiting 30 minutes as well — and her order wasn’t even made yet.This location has serious issues. The customer service is horrible, the workers have attitudes, the managers don’t care, and the orders are constantly wrong or cold or been stilling there for awhile 🤮🤮🤮 SHAME ON THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS

Literally every time I get my child a happy meal from this location, they never give me her apple juice and her burger is usually burnt. Only the kids meals are like this so I feel like they just hate children at this point.

Update: drive thru system is broken and they have no soda. Yall need to just go ahead and close this location.
We live nearby. So far every time we go hear to eat it is disappointing. The lines are long. The food is served cold. They never have any milkshake or ice creams. 1/10. If you can wait to eat, keep driving and go to a different McDonald’s or restaurant.

Garbage service past 11 PM, avoid if possible. If I were able to give negative stars, id give -10 stars. May as well comp their customers for the wasted gas sitting in line with how long it takes to get your order. You are better off ordering from Uber Eats or Door Dash. Chances are you will get your food quicker.

He noticed I was struggling with the online kiosk thing and walked over to help me without me having to ask. Do you know how nice that is?? It was a simple fix but it mattered! I apologized and he said he was happy to help! Just loved this interaction so much. 🥰🙏 He made it easy. I think people who notice others an offer to help even if it's simple show a great quality and are a great representation to your company. 🙏🙌

He was there twice today... Once this AM and also this PM. He was in a dress shirt and tie and I just thought he looked sooo nice! I know that has no bearing on him being a good or bad worker I just thought I would mention it. 😄 What I did appreciate was earlier when he was helping me and then tonight when I was just waiting for my food... He works fast and seems to have a great attitude and I just thought I'd mention him because he seems like great hard worker and I liked his speed and attitude!

Waited almost 40 minutes for a burger and some fries. It was getting to the point other people in the restaurant were speaking up about their own wait times, manager came out and yelled at everyone as if it was our faults. Second worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying something.
