Arrived in the early morning. No one in line pull up to the drive through, told “you need to wait a minute” not welcome to McDonald’s but that. I figured it was a young employee just being rude. After a 7 min wait I ask if anyone is there, I was to “ relax you need to wait. Well, I didn’t as I drove past the windows on my way out. It was the manager!!!! That was talking like that. No wonder this place is the worst around here.

I come here a lot because it's the one closest to my house but 80% of the time I visit, there's either a wait or a problem with my order. Or both. I'm usually very understanding about these things as I've worked in both fast food and the service industry, but they are consistently inconsistent.Every time there's a problem with the order, it's because of the kitchen, as shown in the photos below. It seems like they either don't care or just plain don't pay attention. Again, I can be understanding with mistakes, but for the past 6 years I've been coming here, I think enough is enough.Funnily enough, I have no problems with breakfast ever. I get the order right almost 99% of the time. Only twice have I ever had a problem in 6 years with the morning crew.If you don't mind a messed up order, then they're great. The general staff I have no problem with, they're always extremely friendly and welcoming, but they either need to train the kitchen staff better (at least during lunch and dinner), or get people who will actually care about what they're serving to their customers. Either way they do it will improve this place drastically. Until then, unfortunately, I have to warn all y'all to stay away. (Again, at least for lunch and dinner.)

I felt bad for the employees. I watched their manager mess up and get on their cases about it. The girl who was fixing the errors was very calm and I could tell it would fall apart without her. My review isn’t as good because my friend ordered a double quarter pounder (verified on the receipt) but she only had one patty.

Used to avoid this location due to unnecessarily long wait times and constant errors with orders. Stopped in recently, pleasantly surprised to have large order correct and in reasonable time with staff overly polite and helpful. Wonder if management changed? Anyway, I'll be returning again.

This place has the laziest workers I have ever ran into.It’s either they are closed when it says they are open or they only take cash.It’s crazy what people can get aww with these days.They also mess up orders all the time.

This location pulls everyone to the side to keep their timer down. Then after they send you to the reserved spots they continue to complete orders for people in the drive thru before they bother to come out to the reserved spots. 30 min for 3 happy meals and 2 double quarter pounders is ridiculous. Next time we will refuse to pull away from the window

This is the only McDonalds where everyone parks and waits 15 minutes while they make it. Why can't they handle drive through like any other McDonalds? Why is this one so broken?Back here months later... Peak time, they can't even supply fries without 6 cars parked waiting.Place should be put under new management... Anyone would be an improvement.

This place needs to be a Sonic, you order and they send EVERYONE to curbside....just put up kiosks in the parking lot and grab some skates!
