the food was really tasty and everything was going fine until I found a long red hair in my fries. then not so much. they refunded the cost of the fries, which was the very least they could do.

I ordered a 24 piece of extra crispy wings half lemon pepper and half Thai chili. I had to air fry them both and make my own sauce in order to eat them. I all them and was told most people don’t like to taste the lemon pepper sauce so they only put a little and they were soggy from being in a Togo box.

had dinner Saturday night. we were seated immediately by a friendly neat and tidy hostess. bartender was friendly and on the money quick!!! service was the best. food was served quick hot fresh and so good!!! I can't say enough great things about this location. fast great food service people drinks and cleanliness all on point! thank you for giving me faith in eating out again! I've not had an experience this good in a long time! I am hard to impress so kudos to you all!!!

Rudino’s Manager Storm came through in a big way for the Western Harnett High School JV football team today. He and the staff fed the boys prior to their last game of the season. He was professional and helpful and he delivered big on his promise to help our boys. This location is always great when my family goes too.

Came in and ordered food to go and waited at the bar while having drinks. Nearly an hour later they let us know the food was ready and sorry for the wait since it had been ready for a bit. Partial of the order was missing and could tell the food had been sitting for some time.

Ordered $108 worth of wings. Was not done on time and they said they didn’t have enough so they cut our order down to less wings. They said they would credit my card. They did not credit my card. Edit: The owner contacted me to make it right.

Just moving to the area and came across this little Pizza and Wings joint, and let me tell you... IT IS AMAZING! The food is exceptional and everything we ordered did not disappoint! Bone in wings & boneless wings were the best we've had, as well as, the flat bread pizza and calzone! It was quite when we went in, as it was 11am on a Sunday, but service was excellent. Will definitely be returning frequently!!

Madison was an outstanding server during our visit to Rudinos. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, she made our experience truly enjoyable. Despite the busy evening, she was always on top of things, ensuring we had everything we needed. We highly recommend asking for Madison when you dine here.

Ordered food TO GO. Waited for an HOUR. When I asked for a refund the hostess said we are just waiting on fries. I said okay I will wait. Well somewhere there was a disconnect and I was refunded. So I waited another 30 minutes to speak to the manager. He comes out, doesn’t have a care in the world. Says the order can be re made but it will be another 30 min. So I would be here a total of 1.5 hours waiting on a TO GO ORDER? absolutely not. I will never visit this poorly managed establishment again.

I door dashed food from here and didn’t even get my order and I ordered 75 dollars worth of stuff the bag that was given to me only had fries and a wrap when I got pizzas, ziti, and kids meals and a juice I never got I just wasted 70+ dollars and the food that did come was ice cold and when I called the restaurant they didn’t offer me nothing for the inconvenience and DoorDash did the same NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN ‼️‼️‼️‼️
