I often stop at this location when traveling through....they are always solid, however today, I was greeted and treated with what I would call LEGENDARY SERVICE, they absolutely made my day. Please recognize this team for their LEGENDARY HOSPITALITY. I was loyal before, now EVEN MORE LOYAL!!

where to start. have been going to this location for coffee for some time, slowly the deterioration of this store has been noticeable. first thing is the greed that comes from the company, us customers pay in full for what you offer just to have drinks messed up or taken off the menu and up pricing to make it because it makes more money. second it is sad to see a company make so much money just to have some of the thinnest toilet paper in a public place, not only for the customers but i feel for the employees that have to deal with this as well. next is the customer satisfaction, this is something that varies because there are employees that are nothing but helpful and then others who are very rude. not sure if there is something going on behind the scenes but i would put the owners at fault and assume their employees are just not taken care well enough and it reflects on us customers. it is very sad to see what this place once was and what it is now

We stopped at this location for the first time and will never be back. When we were ordering our drinks it took a little longer than usual because the guy seemed new or like this wasn’t his regular position. No big deal. We get to the window and the blonde girl (my husband didn’t see a name tag) asks if we wanted one of the drinks hot or iced. We again told them hot. They got the iced drink and hot drink backwards (again, not a big deal). When my husband told her that his drink was supposed to be iced, she said “well just let us when ordering next time” which he told her he did and she shut the window in his face. When she came back with the iced drink it was the wrong size and he tells her to which she says “sir I didn’t take your order, this is what the screen says”. At which time I said just take the drink. I have never experienced such rude employees at a Starbucks. Definitely won’t be back to this location. If the service was this poor mid afternoon, I’d hate to see the morning.

My son and I love to come here during the day to get chai and a snack. While we enjoy the goodies we sit at a table and play hangman or another educational game. We homeschool so this is a fun outing we do when it's not busy at the store. The staff is always friendly and the food and drinks are always good!

Went to Starbucks with my mother-in-law and of course, I got my favorite matcha! It’s always creamy, smooth, and perfectly sweetened—my little daily treat. She enjoyed her drink too, and we had such a nice time chatting and relaxing together. Definitely a cozy and sweet Starbucks moment!

Over $4.00 for a hot chocolate and they cannot even fill it up? I understand leaving room for whipped cream.. but this much emptiness within the cup? Robbery!! And no, I didn’t take a sip until I got home. I knew it felt light when they handed it to me. I wish I would’ve checked then.

This Starbucks has participated in events for certain merchandise and the employees have conspired to withhold inventory even for folks waiting in line. Do not trust their management to police their staff and follow up when they have made promises. Demand the product at that moment as they will take the product from under you to resell them. Folks purchase these for loved ones.
