Why take an order, repeat it and mess it up. It was a simple order. Once again I get less coffee than what I ordered. Sad. Order ahead since it's always busy & don't have time to wait for another order. 2 months later and still the same, less coffe. Employees are friendly, no issues there.

Steven had so much patience as I asked to get him to teach me how to order a drink that was made for me.
He patiently looked at my screenshots of previous orders and explained that it was a more rare but he knew what it was.
He encouraged me not to feel bad for *feeling* picky and that I was *not* picky and I can't tell you how nice it was to be able to go in and have someone just focus on this so I can learn how to order it so that it's me the same each time. I can't believe he knew what it was! He made it himself even though I know he got pulled from working in the back. And he sent me out with a very nice well wish!
This store always really does have nice employees. I enjoy it. But I had to write a review and say this made me feel really good because I can get really self-conscious of not wanting to fight people and Steven made me feel so *not in the way*... And he knew exactly what I was asking for and I had a great drink!

Today, I found myself at the Starbucks drive-thru, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. I was greeted by the kindest, most genuine ray of sunshine I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Their warmth, positivity, and attentiveness turned an ordinary coffee run into the highlight of my day. It’s rare to come across someone who radiates such joy and makes you feel truly valued as a customer. I don’t know their name, but I won’t forget how they made me feel. I strongly encourage everyone to visit local coffee shops. I think it’s absurd you have to buy something now in order to get a water it’s water and should be free. The coffee isn’t the best it’s fast food coffee and you can get better coffee at Matilda’s, 7 brew, coffee bean, and etc. Also, not supporting because of Palestine. 🇵🇸

I was given the wrong lid for my drink and I was not able to drink it the way I usually do, I payed extra for vanilla cold foam and it was not made right, birthday cake pop was hard and wasn’t able to eat it. I’ve never had a problem here until now and it’s very disappointing.
