I have been to this Starbucks a few times. I have had my order right 1 time. I do not drink coffee, but I do drink hot chocolate. Hot white chocolate to be particular. Last week I went to this location and order a Hot white chocolate and was given a white mocha which has espresso in it. I didn't sip it until I was already up the road. I called and let them know it was wrong and the gentleman was very kind. I returned the next day and went into the store and explained what happened "Hi yesterday I ordered a hot white chocolate but was given a white mocha." The lady said okay and made me my drink...she then hands me ANOTHER white mocha. I say ma'am..this still has coffee in it. I don't want coffee in it." She proceeds to tell me "You have to order a Hot White Chocolate or we won't know what you mean". I said "I did say Hot White Chocolate? I just explained the mix up from yesterday". Then she gives me this 'no you didn't look' and just says OK. The next time I come through the drive through and emphasize every word HOT WHITE CHOCOLATE. They again give me a white mocha. (To be clear there are two separate buttons for white mocha and hot white chocolate as evidenced by my receipts and the price difference). I go into the store and tell them, "everytime I come here, with the exception of one time, my order is wrong". The young lady behind the counter was very sweet and said "well how are you ordering it?" I told her "Hot white chocolate" and she confirmed that I am indeed ordering it correctly. She apologized and personally made my drink. After all this, my mom goes to get herself a hot white chocolate while I'm on the phone with her telling her how to order it. I even told her to say "I don't want coffee I want a hot white chocolate" for good measure. THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. Then they tried to tell my mom they didn't put espresso in it when it was clearly tinted brown. A hot white chocolate has no color in it and certainly doesn't taste like coffee. The lack of listening from the staff is over the top. This is the only starbucks that can't get it right.

Alright look i know all y'all love you some Starbucks but I just can't do it my granddaughter wanted some Starbucks one day ok yah now this is my 11year old granddaughter so ok she asked me if I wanted something now she is buying her grandpa so I said I like Hot chocolate well let me tell you I will never get anything else from a Starbucks that was the worse Hot chocolate i ever had in my life and I'll just leave it there.PEACE

So far, I love this location! The staff is always friendly, and usually, the drive-thru line moves pretty quickly. I typically prefer Dunkin Donuts, but this Starbucks is winning me over. The Caramel Brule Latte is my favorite!

I ordered an iced vanilla latte with an extra shot and they made it hot, I immediately told them i had ordered it iced. Obviously instead of making it right the barista decided to just dump the hot latte over ice… I order this drink everyday- I’m not stupid lol. It was watered down and terrible. I always tip as well so super disappointing.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a VENTI hot white moca. The gentleman at the window repeated it back to me. When I got to the window he handed me a GRANDE white moca. I told him that is not what I ordered, and told him I ordered a VENTI. He goes over to the young lady barista and they converse. Only for her to put JUST MILK in it and hand it to me!!! Come on guys!!!! This place is way too expensive to just do what u want with people’s orders and money!!!! Seriously!!!

who ever built this location seriously messed up- if it is busy its a HUGE traffic jam there is virtually no where to go, the drive thru line BLOCKS ALL the parked cars then people LEAVING the drive through ALSO block people trying to ENTER the drive thru i mean this is comical how awful it is NOT TO MENTION- ive come here daily for weeks and to this day theyve only gotten my drink order right maybe 1-2x max.. its like they make these fraps and just forget to add the caffine/roast really upsetting because i pay a lot for these drinks and their just not made correctly , just another reason to quit starbucks and make my own coffeeeParking: AWFUL!!! there is no accessibility for anyone , whoever built this design made HUGE MISTAKES in the layout- the drive thru blocks cars that are parked so you cant leave and then when ppl leave the drive thru they block people trying to enter thr drive thru i mean it is just a giant cluster f^^^ ive never seen anything like it before - i was running late for work and i got blocked in for 15 min until i had to physically get out to wave a drive thru car person down to pull out of the line and let me out .. then i had to block in other people trying to LEAVE the drive thru just so i could back out in reverse the entire way because there is just no room for cars to drive or turn its mess i wont be going backWheelchair accessibility: AWFUL!!! there is no accessibility for anyone ,

Whoever does the ordering for this store SUCKS. They are always out of almond milk and oat milk and why does Starbucks not allow an employee to just walk over to Walmart to get more? Because it’s not the Starbucks brand milk that’s just dumb? Not all people can drink dairy or Soy. They also rarely fill the cups all the way up so just save your money and time.

As a prior partner to Starbucks of six years, I can say I never charged a customer for a different type of syrup, I substituted it as long as it was within the amount that drink normally took. It’s ridiculous to be charged a dollar for one pump of syrup when I had a total of two pumps of syrup in my coffee, just two different flavors. Also, the store specifically serves military and as an active duty military member, I don’t see how this is treating our service members fairly. I ordered a tall iced coffee with one pump of white mocha and one pump of pumpkin, cream and whipped cream, super delicious, but the price was kind of ridiculous.

Now I’ve been to my share of Starbucks and I can honestly say I’ve NEVER came across a Starbucks w/ such nasty restrooms! Drinks and food service was decent, but when I told one of the employees about the restroom he said “we’ll get to it” then someone ELSE walks into the restroom and walked right back out because the restroom was just so nasty. She proceeded to tell an employee about it and that one said “we’ll get to it later”. They weren’t even BUSY yall!!! This is unacceptable! CLEAN YALL NASTY RESTROOMS…NEEOW!
