This is my first time coming to this subway. The meat and veggies are not fresh and were out of stock on a lot of things. When I was there, there was 2 bugs near the food area

Ordered 3 sandwiches in the app for pickup and NONE where even started when we got there 15 mins later. Then when they finally started after sitting and waiting we were informed they didn't have roastbeef for one of the sandwiches. That was fine we asked for extra ham. When we get home the BLT that was ordered wasn't right at all! Not only was the extra bacon it was ordered with not present, the sandwich wasn't cut properly, and it was so burnt it was un edible.

I would like to be contacted. I just had my second terrible experience here. I come to pick up an order and the drink was missing and the two workers just sat at their table and stared at me and said something when I came in. Then I look for the cookie in the bag and it’s not there so I go to the counter. One girl is at a table eating and the other is engrossed in her loud video on her phone. I assumed they were on break so I waited for a couple of minutes. Finally I said is anyone working. The girl on her phone immediately got an attitude and asked if I needed help. I said yes, the cookie is missing. She said oh we don’t have any, just have door dash refund it and she was needlessly rude. She followed it up when people need help they just ask. I said I was at the counter while you stared at me and walked out. This store is terrible and I don’t care about friendliness but being immediately rude is ridiculous. I would like the manager to contact me.

The afternoon evening staff are almost always in a foul mood, even if you're polite with them. Also, they are always "out for the day" items even though they're still open for many more hours of the day.

Sub specialist Maya is the rudest waitstaff I've encountered in my life! When I asked her name she said they'll just check the camera and see what happened. When I tried to say it's how she talks to people she interrupted continually and said there's witnesses. My guess is she's heard it before. Will not shop there again if she is working. EVER!
The children that run this store are pathetic. This location will be shut down by next year if they don’t replace the help. They close the store at like 6pm. Not officially, like they leave the door open, but they put all the food away and bread away sit down and hang out with their friends. When you go in they will ask if you have a mobile order then if you say no they say they are out of bread. It’s hilarious that they think anyone believes that. I’ll be calling corporate on this location since management obviously doesn’t care… the owner obviously doesn’t care… like why have a restaurant and pay kids to be run it into the ground? That’s insane.
