As an allergy mom, it means THE WORLD to me when I come across an establishment that is willing to help in every way to accommodate my allergy free kiddo. I stopped by this location during my travels and my son was able to safely enjoy a smoothie. They were detail oriented in making sure the ingredients used were fresh, that the blender was sanitized and they washed their hands in between the necessary steps. I wish I had gotten the young ladies name who helped me but she needs a raise! I have stopped at several Tropical Smoothie locations over the years and not all of them are this great.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The service was awesome. The atmosphere was so pleasant. I also noticed that most customers were being greeted by their names. That very was impressive and told me that they were repeat customer. The business must be building a great reputation in the community.

The manager on duty was verbally abusive and demeaning to the staff, unlike anything I have ever seen before. Food was prepared quickly and with care, no complaints about the staff.

I always have issues w my order at this location. Itâs closest to my house but I usually drive to Sanford just to avoid the hassle. Today we were in a rush so ordered online for pickup. They didnât add carrots to my wrap and didnât make my smoothie without sweetener. Both changes are on the receipt and online order history but the food wasnât made correctly.

My husband and I have only been in this location once, but was really put off by the fact that the older woman working there was literally yelling and degrading the other employees. I'm not sure if she is a manager or owner, but she was absolutely horrible to her staff.

The food was great. Love the atmosphere. Customer service was poor. Too busy playing behind the counter to help. Boy with longer hair completely walked away from us. This is why we go to Ramsey Street when possible. At least when I spell my name to them, they get it right.
