Ok so the food was lukewarm and did not taste fresh... the guy is in the picture was the guy that rang me up he was on the phone the entire time and the store looks like it's being neglected..

Usually I get work late, Wendy’s is extremely convenient since it closes at a later time than I clock out for work. This particular day I was starving and decided to order a LARGE JR BACON CHEESEBURGER BIGGIE BAG, w a small CHILLI and a strawberry lemonade on the side. I typically check my bag but this night I was ready to grub. After I winded down a bit I was ready to eat and I noticed I got a SMALL FRY but a large drink, no sauce, dry nuggets so dry that the inside was hollow. At this rate, I was ready to lay my head to rest but I couldn’t forget my JR BACON CHEESEBURGER. I thought the nuggets were dry, I’m not sure what was on that burger but it definitely didn’t sit right. Literally. Threw it up. The only appetizing item was the CHILLI. I didn’t get my money’s worth and I doubt that this establishment would do anything to lighten this situation.

Second time going to this location and not receiving my food. The first time was an online order, it went through on the app everything was correct then got to Wendy’s and they said they don’t have my order. I also tried ordering inside and i was the only customer, there was 5 staff in the back and i waited 15 mins for no one to take my order.

The building looks really nice. But please don't be fooled. Had to wait for several minutes just for the guy to answer the speaker at the drive thru. We finally get our food and - surprise! We all got food poisoning 🤢 please exercise great caution when ordering here.

Messed up both of my burgers and the service was bad.Then I asked for regular nuggets and they put spicey nuggets in the bag! It was so bad I didn’t even turn around bc the service is so terrible.
I don’t know if they’re severely understaffed or what, but I came through the drive through and ordered breakfast. There were only two people in the drive including myself and it took them 5 minutes to take my order. When I got to the window, after waiting nearly 10 minutes for them to take payment I just had to leave. Was late for work and skipped breakfast.

The food would’ve been good if they would’ve given me the right meal versus giving me the complete opposite. I ordered a classic bacon burger and received a chicken sandwich, but by the time I checked on my food which I shouldn’t of had to because if you buy something, you should get what you buy and not have to double check someone else’s Work I mean, that is why they get paid of course but when I tried reaching out to that specific location, their phone number was disconnected and then the other number they had on the receipt just never got answered. It just ranged. so just keep your eyes and ears open whenever you go to the Wendy’s in Cameron always double check your food because you’re gonna most likely get the wrong meal and then get completely ignored.

Food was good, service was great! Only issue was with both bathrooms. They needed cleaned a bit, mens soap dispenser fixed and hooks in women stalls.

Looks nice on the outside but the dining room was nasty and the restroom was filthy. I couldn’t eat the food because I was worried about the cleanliness of the kitchen. If it’s this bad for public view it is probably worse back there.
