We sat so long waiting to give our order, we thought they were taking orders at the window so we pulled up. Two cars in front of us we waited about 10-15 minutes before we could get ro the window, for the guy to listen long enough to get our order number and tell us to move up. It looked like he was the only one working in the whole restaurant. When we got our food it was cold and wrong.

Went in for service and was told they normally will not fill my order till all customers are out of the drive-thru! I said there are like 15 cars in line and more pulling up! She said, that is right! She said that she would get someone to help but the person walked my way and turned around after getting half way to me! I left at that point but before doing so yelled that if walk-in was not available then they should put a note on the door staying not walk-ins, drive thru only! I ordered food from KFC and had no problem! I called corporate and reported the incident which they said would be passed along to higher management!!!!

Food is ok warm at best. Days after eating at this location I had fraudulent charges from this location charging my card small amounts of money. Canceled the card and and posted the suspicious activity in a local community Facebook group and found others who where going through the same thing. I was contacted by a manager see pictures for the conversation. Do not eat here, or if you do pay with cash only!
How can the doors be locked at 9pm so no one is inside and the drive thru take 35 mins for 7 cars? Hire more people or close the store please.

Wendy's Employees' should always make sure food is made correctly hot and fresh and have genuine customer service. Just because customers order from the biggie deal, their food should be fresh as if they ordered a combo.

Said their systems were down when I went for my pickup but they took the car right after me. Also said he couldn't refund me because their registers were blacked out. So how did the next people order?

Slowest drive thru I've ever sat in. Over 30 minutes from getting in line to getting food. Not sure why this location doesn't understand that the JBC is supposed to have lettuce on it. But this is the second time it's happened. This place sucks.

Made a mobile order for carry out and went to walk inside but the door was locked, so I walked to the other side of the building where I was then able to get in. While waiting for my order the manager asked the employee how I got in and told him to make sure the doors were locked. The employee then came up and asked me and my father to leave because he needed to lock the doors. Mind you there is 3 other people that are already inside and they had not been asked to leave at all.

As a door dasher this is the worst place to pick-up food from. The service is slow, beyond slow. Had a order for nuggets and fries and had to wait 30 minutes just for that. Ridiculous because all they are doing in placing pre cooked food in the deep fryer. It's always a 30 minute wait when I pick up food from there. There's no urgency from the staff to provide good customer service or to just do their job.

They make you to wait for your food, but the food is cold. The employees at this location needs to take notes, the employees in Sanford serve fresh food and sure don't get told to park to wait for food.
