Order was wrong, called and spoke with manager to recommend they check orders to make sure they are correct. He did offer to replace them on my next visit and that they are short staffed. Just get the order right the first time please, that's what customers pay for.

Great service but the schedule on Google maps says it opens at 6:30am when in reality they open at 9:30am. The mobile app allows us to place mobile orders anyways causing us to think the store is open. Might be a good idea to make sure the app or Google maps align with their actual hours.

I’m not sure what his name was I think he was the manager but he helped me at the drive thru tonight and I just wanted to say thank you for being so patient with me. It meant a lot and he handled himself very professionally and polite. Thank you again for the outstanding service!! 😄

ZERO STARS if available!!!How is this place still open, I went to walk up to the door and the employee asks me from the drive thru window why I was coming inside and said drive thru only with an attitude while closing the window while I was asking why. I proceeded to sit in the line while 5 people walked up to the door, realized it was locked and left. Then line did not move for 20 min, I cannot believe Wendy’s at this location is still in business. ZERO STARS if available!!!

Whoever was at the window at 10:40 p.m. on Sunday night is absolutely one of the warmest and most refreshing people! I pulled up very tired with no expectations and through the speaker and at the window this person just made me smile. I feel like they had a real human touch to their words in that tiny little time span and great energy that I did not quite expect at almost 11:00 p.m. on a Sunday night! The food was also good and it was also served fast. It was just so appreciated I wanted to come on and say thank you :-)
I just looked at my receipt it says the host's name is Larry. 🙏💙

This place is a joke !! The photo speaks for itself !! I’ve never seen a baked potato like this !! Complete waste of money, time , and gas to still be hungry !!

The chicken and fries were badly overcooked. The cashier didn't offer me my receipt and the ketchup tastes weird. Very disappointed.

A while ago we came by (mobile order placed in advance)…no cold foam coffee…cool, they gave us 2 different drinks as a substitute since there was a price difference. Very nice. Until I bit into a half baked potato. The point of a BAKED potato is to be BAKED. Mind you it’s late at night, nobody there but us. You had plenty of time to cook it properly. & gave me room temperature nuggets????
Then earlier this week I popped in to grab lunch (mobile order placed in advance). They told the car in front of me to park in a mobile order spot to wait which is BEHIND where we were so they decided to back up as close to my car as they could and proceeded to make a 15 point turn to get into the mobile order parking…Once I got to the window they made me go to the second mobile order parking spot (though I was smart enough to loop around the parking lot to get to the parking space rather than expecting the whole drive thru line to reverse for me.)
Now today. (mobile order placed in advance) Once again, under stocked and apparently short staffed (better yet under trained because why are their 3 people elbow to elbow at the window instead of being at multiple stations). Anyways. No energy drink which is an upcharge btw. I had to sub it for regular soda. And again they were pulling people around to the mobile order parking spots.
Do better with time management and food prep. My fault for giving fast food a chance. 🤣 Stop making people wait for cold stale food.

I’ve noticed a real change in Wendy’s service lately. Even when there’s no one in line, the staff often ask customers to wait for long periods before taking an order or handing out food. It hasn’t always been this way. The food is still good, but the slow pace takes away from the overall experience. I hope management can look into what’s causing the delays and get the team back to the efficient, welcoming service Wendy’s used to have.
