I wish I could give it an even lower score. From the moment you order from the moment you receive your food it's absolutely terrible service. The girl working in the little ordering room they have was disconnected completely to offer any assistance. Waiting in line for 20+ minutes for one meal. Was asked to pull forward, okay cool. Asked how much longer it would be in the nicest way possible, she just keeps saying okay, okay pull forward. Over and over. Why do you have people employed who are treating people this way?

The drive thru makes no sense. They have a booth setup now that someone is sitting in to take your order but the menu is on the other side of the building. At least move the menu! Whoever made that decision was not using common sense. On a positive note, the employees are pretty nice and fast.

Second time at this store , first time not to bad , fries were over seasoned.
Second time got the whole order wrong ,and tomato and lettuce were wilted and it seemed like was interrupting the girl that took like I was bothering her .

Zaxby's always surprises! You'd think it was just another fast food place but the food is really good, the counter staff are really pleasant and the prices are budget friendly.

Mobile app is great for ordering and drive thru. Don't like the little shack in the drive thru. Nit sure if they have an issue with the regular order board, but it doesn't show you the entire menu and wants you to view it by QR code. Don't like that

The chicken tenders were tender, but crispy. The salad was huge and the chicken was flavorful and tasty. A little on the pricey side for fast food, though !

The worst food I’ve ever had from a zaxbys I would not recommend anyone to ever eat here or at any of there restaurants they are cheap I got one sauce with a five finger plate and it was definitely not enough sauce my chicken fingers was cold and the service sucked
