This place was pretty par. Seems a little understaffed to me. The lady that helped us was nice and took care of us well. Ice cream was good too. Overall pretty good experience. Nothing crazy. Def a good BR.

Came in with my family of 6 with nobody in front of us. We waited for about 10 minutes before the young people 'working' here stopped gossiping to take our orders. When I asked if they were open, I got a rude reply and slow service. I don't k ow who owns this location, but you might want to visit it more often.

I arrive at 12:40 to pick up 2 Uber orders and the lobby is closed and says to use drive thru. I go through the drive thru and nobody answers. I pull up to the window and have to get someone’s attention and the employee says, “We’re closed.” I responded, “I have 2 Uber orders.” She said, “We’ll be open at 1”So I have to cancel the orders and go on with other deliveries. I got another Uber eats order around 2:00pm for there so I go sit in the long drive thru line for over 10 minutes and get to the speaker to ask for the order. The employee tells me “We’re not doing Uber orders today.” I said “I don’t understand. I’ve come here for 3 different Uber orders today so if you’re not doing them can you turn off your Uber app?” She asked, “Would you like to talk to a manager?”I said “Not really, just turn off Uber orders if you’re not doing them” and she cut me off and said “Have a great day.”If you are going to change your hours, please have them posted. If you are not going to accept Uber orders, please turn off the app. It is infuriating that a business would allow customers to place a delivery order and PAY for it and have an Uber driver waste their time and gas if these orders are not being fulfilled. Take responsibility and turn off deliveries on your Uber tablet or update your hours on the app and post updated hours please.

Says it’s open 24/7 but conveniently at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon the ice cream part of the store isn’t open.
They NEVER have the cappuccino blast mix... I've been here on 10 separate occasions and they never have it. If they aren't going to provide the Baskin Robbins side of the menu then they should just do away with it. Why advertise products you don't have or don't feel like serving? The service here is touch and go at best. I would not recommend.

Nothing like being totally ignored. Stood inside while employees carried on conversations with themselves. When we attempted to ask questions about the flavors, we were still ignored. When someone finally answered it was short and whisper quiet. We asked her 3 times to repeat herself, as she kept turning away. No one was interested in taking an order. Employees just continued to look away. As we walked out, still nothing. I mean if you are doing so good In the business world that you don’t need to sell your product. Then close your damn doors and go home. I hate to leave a bad review. But that was the worse treatment ever.
