they are nice for the fact they are on base and my boyfriend loves pizza... but I'm super annoyed with the fact that I have put in special requests, which they arent crazy requests, that dont ever happen... all I ask is for a little note written on the lid for my boyfriend when I surprise him by sending him pizza... I'm all the way in ohio so I like to show him I'm thinking about him... they never follow my request which kind of annoys me

Your system placed my order 4 times and could only cancel it once. Sitting with $60 extra in pending charges and then your manager Rose tried to force the food on me and tell me to sell it to my friends. She told the driver not to bring the food back. No one orders 4 of the same order within seconds of each other.
