genuinely one of the most bizarre experiences i’ve ever had at a Dunkin. we placed a mobile order and pulled up to the window. the girl working the window handed my husband 3 boxes stacked on top of each other. the top box fell off onto the drive through ground. she told us to pull to the second window while she remade our sandwich for us. mind you with no apology.
a 2nd girl came to the window and said “i heard you dropped your avocado toast” and we told her we ordered a sandwich, not an avocado toast. (we also were not the ones who dropped it) the first girl comes back over and asks to see our sandwiches and takes the one that was dropped on the ground and brings it back to us just with new bread. we could very obviously tell it was the same box. definitely won’t be back here

Every time I've been here (several times over the last year) their service has been ... bad, just plain bad. Constantly out of products & service with a bad attitude. I won't be going there again.

I’m not the one to be mean or make a review but damnnn Blonde girl up front is clueless 24/7, I’ve NEVER had so much trouble ordering at a Dunkin but this one is top year for NOT getting your order right and they get all snobby with you when you ask for the right order. They also never have anything that you want to order. Always out of stuff.

Ordered a large hot coffee and there’s not even a full cup.
The lady was rude and loud through the drive through.
Easily the worst Dunkin I’ve been to

Without a doubt the slowest Dunkin I have been to. You need to allot about 45-60 mins of your day if you plan on going through the drive though. There is no way making coffee and a breakfast sandwich takes that long. I have another Dunkin that is local to where I live and it takes no more than 5 mins to get through. I come back here hoping something will change but it never does.

I was ignored when I walked in. I was waiting to order and pay with cash. Two employees walked by and ignored me as well. They carried with their conversation.

Slowest Dunkin in history , just make it a drive thru or a walk-in Dunkin . Cant be both with these speeds.

Worst drive thru experience ever. waited in line for 45 mins for two cold sandwiches and a “frozen” drink that was completely melted. the workers are rude and severely incompetent. would not recommend this place, don’t waste your money or time.

Honestly some of the most rude employees. You walk in and they don’t say anything to you just stare at you. They don’t tell you to take your order at the screen. The coffee is gross, they get orders wrong, every time I’ve gotten food it’s burnt.

Actually the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life, nothing has changed in the two years I’ve lived here. The busiest DD in the heart of Boston isn’t this slow. Workers are rude sometimes too, or just don’t listen. It’s worth just driving the extra 15 minutes to an off base location, you’ll save yourself like half an hour. If there wasn’t such a bad selection of coffee places on base nobody would go here. Making a coffee CANNOT be this hard.

Everyone here has a terrible work ethic, considering some of them don’t wear name tags, I’m sure there’s a reason for them to do so that’s not ethical or justifiable with any conduct posted. Also, you gotta sacrifice coming in early to work if you go here. They take an ETERNITY to make ANYTHING. There could be 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru but it takes them 10+ mikes to make ANYTHING. Probably cause they can’t get off their phones while working…great handle on responsibility and very immature.
