I am the epitome of “insane” because I keep coming back here expecting a different result, or at least to make it through the line. Waited over 40 minutes for ONE coffee before walking out. I’ve had to leave the last few times I’ve been here because of how ridiculously slow they are. No shade to the staff, I know it’s a busy establishment but there’s gotta be a better way! My advice: Go through the drive through so you can leave BEFORE you pay if you have to or order on the app at least an hour in advance. I won’t be back for real this time. 🥴

I want one thing in this world, a plain chocolate frosted donut. At this dunkin on the kiosk device i am unable to choose a “no sprinkle” option. The worker then went out of her way to find every single sprinkled chocolate frosted donut for me. Great initiative, horrible execution.

The sign outside is impossible to read at night because the light inside it is broken. Have to play 20 questions with the worker on the mic. Food is always good and the coffee and ice cream too. I usually go through the drive through, but the inside looks clean and the outdoor tables are nice too.

The staff were friendly, though a bit slow to attend to me—but the drive-thru was busy, so I didn't mind. I stopped by to pick up some ice cream for my wife and was rather disappointed with the limited selection and unimpressive flavors.

There was a pretty long line, and it took a while to get our sandwich order. If you just want donuts and coffee, that line was quick.

All I wanted today was a Boston Cream donut. Well, the staff were nice enough but the donut was horrible. It tasted like it was 2 days old. Dunkin’ Donuts usually last at least a day, but this was simply not fresh. It was slightly hard and tasted like it had been sitting in a hospital (idk how else to describe it). For a $2 donut, I expect it to be at least fresh.

Brooke is the nicest person there from my experience. Every time I come in she’s busy getting orders out and trying to make sure customers get what they need. She goes above and beyond. Even when it’s super busy and seems stressful in there she always has a smile. She makes my coffee just right!
