Worst drive thru experience ever. waited in line for 45 mins for two cold sandwiches and a “frozen” drink that was completely melted. the workers are rude and severely incompetent. would not recommend this place, don’t waste your money or time.

Honestly some of the most rude employees. You walk in and they don’t say anything to you just stare at you. They don’t tell you to take your order at the screen. The coffee is gross, they get orders wrong, every time I’ve gotten food it’s burnt.

Actually the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life, nothing has changed in the two years I’ve lived here. The busiest DD in the heart of Boston isn’t this slow. Workers are rude sometimes too, or just don’t listen. It’s worth just driving the extra 15 minutes to an off base location, you’ll save yourself like half an hour. If there wasn’t such a bad selection of coffee places on base nobody would go here. Making a coffee CANNOT be this hard.

Everyone here has a terrible work ethic, considering some of them don’t wear name tags, I’m sure there’s a reason for them to do so that’s not ethical or justifiable with any conduct posted. Also, you gotta sacrifice coming in early to work if you go here. They take an ETERNITY to make ANYTHING. There could be 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru but it takes them 10+ mikes to make ANYTHING. Probably cause they can’t get off their phones while working…great handle on responsibility and very immature.

This store, undoubtedly, has the best customer service of any Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been in! My last visit was just as amazing, and I happily returned to pick up an order. I waited less than a minute for someone to bring the order out, and there wasn't a single person waiting in the entire store, with cars smoothly flowing through the drive-thru. Everyone was served promptly and happily!

This store, undoubtedly ,has the worst customer service of any Dounkn Donuts I've ever been in, my last vist was just as bad, and unfortunately returned back to pick up an order and waited 15 minutes for someone to bring the order out, and there wasn't but one other customer in the entire store, and no cars in the drive through, two other people, waiting to order walked out.

I only go on weekends. I mostly just go for coffee cause I drink 4 monsters a day and it doesn’t seem to work as if my body built an immune to it but coffee hits different. Some days the workers tend to make me question my virtues on respect cause one day I went through the drive through and instead of raising my voice like I do for work sometimes-I tend to be calm and nice. Lady told me to speak louder to the speaker and I guess I upset her cause she responded with one of those passive “geez” responses and I just didn’t question it. I try to be nice especially when the world lets me down a lot on the golden rule of give respect and receive it, anyways. I went the other day, ended up leaving cause I tried ordering, got a response of “what you want?” Gave the nice lady my order over the speaker, ended up sitting there for 5-10 minutes in silence. No, “give us a second” just dead silence. I searched for a response 3 times and just ended up leaving…coffee is good just service tends to be questionable…

I am the epitome of “insane” because I keep coming back here expecting a different result, or at least to make it through the line. Waited over 40 minutes for ONE coffee before walking out. I’ve had to leave the last few times I’ve been here because of how ridiculously slow they are. No shade to the staff, I know it’s a busy establishment but there’s gotta be a better way! My advice: Go through the drive through so you can leave BEFORE you pay if you have to or order on the app at least an hour in advance. I won’t be back for real this time. 🥴

I want one thing in this world, a plain chocolate frosted donut. At this dunkin on the kiosk device i am unable to choose a “no sprinkle” option. The worker then went out of her way to find every single sprinkled chocolate frosted donut for me. Great initiative, horrible execution.

The sign outside is impossible to read at night because the light inside it is broken. Have to play 20 questions with the worker on the mic. Food is always good and the coffee and ice cream too. I usually go through the drive through, but the inside looks clean and the outdoor tables are nice too.

The staff were friendly, though a bit slow to attend to me—but the drive-thru was busy, so I didn't mind. I stopped by to pick up some ice cream for my wife and was rather disappointed with the limited selection and unimpressive flavors.
