The food is delicious, the service is fast, and the staff are very friendly. I’ve never been disappointed in their food quality. You can tell the manager Channce works very hard and treats his employees well.

I do not drink soft drink at all. I normally get a cup for water everywhere i order food. This is the first place that denied a cup for water. They clearly just did not want to give it to me. Not sure why?? Because they had them in the counter directly behind them. Just an interesting experience . Never had a food/restaurant establishment denied water to me before.

Absolutely luv the shrimp, chicken, crab mix, and rice here. But only two stars because the woman working the counter named Kathy was so freaking rude! I was trying to talk to my daughter about the food and she kept rudely interrupting. And when I asked a question she lectured me, and treated me like I was stupid. I work in the service industry so I’m overly nice and this lady made it impossible to be nice! So sad.

They NEVER have a full menu. Ever. Expect them to be out of seaweed salad, avocado, spicy Mayo, eel sauce, and/or edamame at any given time. And it’s rarely listed. Everything looked promising today until the very end when I asked for spicy mayo and eel sauce- they’re out again. $26 for two bowls of disappointment. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back. Which really sucks because it’s the only convenient place to get a poke fix.
